First Floor Brownstone Newly Renovated
Spacious, open air design in Rogers Park with 2 bedrooms and open kitchen dinning area. Living room and front sunroom are offer warm sunlight with breakfast nook and gas fireplace to relax in.
Best of both worlds location: Quiet residential block just a block away from restaurants and stores on Clark St. and Loyola, Lake Michigan, and Little India within a mile radius. Great playground nearby and 20+ restaurants within 5 block radius.
We have great ratings on another rental platform over several years with this place, but are transitioning to VRBO because they have better customer service. (So we have no ratings yet on VRBO). For more reviews look on another common platform for a listing with title: "Spacious Renovated Brownstone". Our prices are less on VRBO because we are transitioning and have no ratings here yet.
