vacation rental cleaning protocol
Major surfaces are sanitized and disinfected.  Major surfaces include countertops, kitchen and laundry appliances, table surfaces, bath fixtures, faucets, mirrors, door knobs, light switches, interior railings, remote controls, fireplace tools, etc.

Carpets and floors are vacuumed.  Hardwood and tile floors are mopped with appropriate cleaners.

Kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms are refreshed with clean linens.


2000 Sq ft. duplex, (first and second floors), three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, fireplace, hardwood floors, full kitchen w/granite counter tops and adjacent dining area, dishwasher, central air & heat, cozy rear courtyard w/patio and garden.

Located in one of the most desired neighborhoods in Chicago. Close to North Ave Beach, Lincoln Park (includes the Zoo, Conservatory and Caldwell Lily Pond), Museums, etc.

You will love my place because of the neighborhood, the comfy beds, the full kitchen, etc. My place is good for business travelers, families or solo adventurers and can accommodate up to six guests. Stroll the quiet, safe neighborhood and admire the stately homes in a historic setting.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Bring trash and recycling to the bins in the alley to the West. Black is for trash and Blue for recycling.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please don't leave your dog unattended in the back yard or use as a potty area. This is a dog friendly neighborhood with ample potty areas nearby.
Any damaged linen will be charged to the Guest, $10 per towels $40 per bed sheets Please use the make up remover sheets that I provide for you!
Please remove your rubbish. There will be an additional $20 fee if not. When there are less than three guests, use of a third bedroom is prohibited.

Excellent property. We were here for the marathon. Super easy location for that event! Beds were comfy and everything was very clean!!! I would rent again if available for another trip to Chicago Owners live above but we did not even notice them

This property was in an excellent neighboorhood within walking distane of many restaurants, playground, and Lincoln Park Zoo! The house was stylish and clean. The beds were comfortable. It would be difficult for people with mobility issues due to steps into the unit and steps downstairs to the kitchen. It worked well for 4 adults and one child. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

This place worked perfectly for our family of 5 (2 adults, 3 young kids). We loved the neighborhood and felt like part of the community during our three night stay. There was a street fair and movie night while we stayed and so many activities (Lincoln Park zoo, playgrounds, restaurants) within walking distance. Plenty of parking available using the provided street parking pass. Communication with owners was great. Can't recommend this place enough if you want to have a more "local"experience than staying in a hotel in the loop.

Check in was very straight forward, my host even called ahead to check if I needed any help or info. Parking permits were kindly provided.The house was great, nice and quiet with lots of space. Kitchen had just about everything we needed, plenty of towels in bathrooms, washer and dryer available. Sonia and Bob were very friendly but didn’t intrude, happy to answer all my questions!

Nicest Host ever

Sonja was so welcoming and accommodating. She responded quickly, and the home was just perfect for our family of 5 adults. The location was awesome , and the neighborhood was lovely! I would highly recommend and how wecan stay on our next visit to Chicago.

We had a lovely stay. Sonia was super helpful as this was our first trip to Chicago. She checked in on us to ensure we had everything we needed. Being from a small town safety is important to me. The neighborhood was extremely safe and quiet. I highly recommend this property.

Great location, comfortable home

Our family of five had a great experience! Sonia and Bob were very warm and helpful, and the house was perfect for us. The location is great— convenient to the red line, brown line, and several buses.Everything was clean and the beds and other furniture was very comfortable. The WiFi couldn’t handle all five of us being online, but that wasn’t a big deal. The kitchen is well stocked and the dining table looks out over the lovely back patio.We’d all highly recommend this house!

We had a great stay! The apartment has all you'd need and is in a fantastic location. The icing on the cake is the host, Sonia, who is so sweet and very helpful with restaurant and entertainment recommendations. Definitely would stay again!
