Great stay

Our stay at this property was fantastic. A nice historical neighborhood conveniently located near downtown Chicago. We had a group of 10 individuals and could comfortably all rest in the house. The owners were very kind and accommodating. Would definitely book again.

Their home is warm and inviting just like they were. We loved all the details, pictures, books, and quilts. It felt like home away from home. Also, the backyard was charming. Great location! A must stay place if you're in Chicago!

Lovely home in a nice neighborhood

I went to Chicago with a group of friends. We wanted to stay in a place that had nice spaces for gathering together as well as a kitchen to having breakfast in. The outdoor space was so lovely to have our morning coffee and enjoy each other's company. Loved how it was right next to a park so I could go for a morning walk before we got our day started. The tenants were so pleasant and the house felt so comfortable and welcoming overall.

Fabulous, comfortable and homey!

Our family loved this house for a summer concert weekend in Chicago. All three generations enjoyed the outdoor patio, the ample children's toys and the elegant, but homey space. Big kitchen designed by someone who loves to cook is a plus. Also walking distance to multiple train lines too! Two playgrounds within 5 blocks. Can't ask for much more.

Amazing home

This home was so comforting for me and my older children. There was only a tv in the living room, which turned out to be a blessing in disguise. My adult/teenage children had a blast with the games and my grandson loved the toy house!! The space was like a dream for my family!! Thankful

Southern Chicago Charm

This house was in a beautiful and safe neighborhood. Everyone was so sweet! Marrianne and Jeff are absolute gems that replied fast when we had questions and had great recommendations! The house was spacious and clean with a lot of amenities. The back patio/ garden was a nice relaxing spot as well. Checking in and out was an easy process. Ubers were readily available and the Uber rides were short! The L is not too far either if you don’t mind walking. Good walking distance to the grocery store and places to eat as well!

A beautifully restored and modernized 1886 building close to downtown is a perfect place for large family gatherings, a group of friends, or business travelers who need easy access to McCormick Place Convention Center. The large, fully equipped kitchen features a double electric oven (one convection) a gas stovetop, a kitchen-aid mixer, baking supplies and more. A deck, grill and garden in the backyard provide a perfect setting for outdoor meals. Very high speed internet allows for multiple people to be online with no delays. Full streaming services available in living room.
