Charming Vashon Island Cottage - Just 3 minutes from the ferry.

Enjoy peace and quiet at the Cottage at Useful Bear Farm. Vashon Island has lots to offer year-round: beaches, hiking, biking and bird-watching. Conveniently located near the north-end ferry and close to town where there are wonderful shops and restaurants. The cottage has full kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room on the first floor. Upstairs is a large sleeping loft with queen bed separated by a divider and a trundle bed and sleeper sofa. A portion of the proceeds from the cottage go to local housing programs.

Lovely cottage

We had a very nice stay here. Loved the fresh eggs and flowers upon arrival. The sitting room upstairs with sky lights was great in the afternoon. Slept well under the layers of quilts provided. Highly recommend this cottage.

Everything about the stay was excellent. It's a great little place if you want some time on the island. Very clean, close to town and the north end ferry, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Absolutely recommend it.
