It was a fabulous place and exceeded our expectations. Each room was set up nicely...the kitchen with fresh eggs, the updated bathroom with everything we needed and more, the living/dining room had books and games as did the bedrooms upstairs. We only wish that we could have stayed more than one night and enjoyed the beautiful property. It was situated between the ferry and town and we had a wonderful dinner at The Ramble just down the road from the owner's recommendation. We hope to go back again for a longer stay.

We loved this cute cottage! It was exactly what we needed for a quick overnight on Vashon! We got to pick apples and hang with chickens and the bed was super comfy! Debra was very welcoming and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! Don’t forget to go and see Oscar the Bird King while you’re on this lovely island!

Sweet place and very comfortable and clean. Steep stairs to bedrooms and bathroom on main floor is something that may be a challenge for some people.

Highly recommend this wonderful place. Close to downtown (but not too close), chickens and deer roam freely, cottage was modernized and very clean. Debra welcomed us on arrival, which was appreciated. We would definitely return next time we visit Vashon.

We had a wonderful stay at Vashon Island. We really enjoyed the cottage and local hospitality. The nature and scenery were beautiful. We hightly recommend a visit to the troll and surrounding beach. The Thai Restaurant in town was delicious.

The cottage was very comfortable, particularly the beds. You have to be prepared for the for the bathroom being on the lower level and the lack of television but otherwise it was very nice.
