Howdy!
We've been the owners of Arrowhead Country Inn and Cabins for over 27 years now. Enjoy our family-run cabins in the heart of the parks of Southern Utah!
Many many years ago...Arrowhead Country Inn and Cabins started as only a house with an awesome view of the White Cliffs (Elkhart Mountains).
We knew the first time we saw it that this was going to be the place we spent the rest of our lives. The house itself was turned into a bed and breakfast at first and then we started the long process of turning our new 14 acres next to a neat flowing creek (North Fork of the Virgin River) into our dream of cabin rentals and a farm.
Our son was a general contractor (and a pro rodeo cowboy, and hunting guide and and taxidermist). He helped build many of the cabins and our gorgeous gift shop room where you can pick up your to-go breakfast.
Our youngest daughter designed and built our lily pad and gold fish pond and worked with us for many wonderful years (now a professional chef and lawyer).
Now our oldest daughter is working with us on advertising and management. This property enabled us to involve the family and we often put grand kids to work here too:)
In addition to all those great things Jim's ancestry is from the area.
His father grew up in Rockville (other side of Zion). Jim's father and his family had no running water and were some of the last people in the USA to use wagons for transportation. There are countless stories of the "old days" that Jim likes to recount to his family that he heard from his Dad. Jim's father helped build the famous Zion Tunnel and the Hoover Dam in Nevada.
The authenticity of our property is real. We live here, work here and really enjoy sharing it with others that can appreciate its uniqueness.

Why they chose this property
What a neighborhood! Oh my! Our back yard is the wilderness of the Grand Escalante National Monument. Our neighborhood is in-between 3 National Parks. We are grateful to be a part of this vast and magnificent landscape.
