Room is just big enough for the bed and standing room to close the door - less thy50 sq ft. Area in photo to right of door is not in the bedroom and has no door- open to ambient temp and winds. Shower is outside without heat or a door. Wiring is extension cords. No smoke detectors no sewer connections. Low quality glamping. Nice setting by the river & quiet.

You may have misread the add. It does read it is tiny? With the demotions in the listing. There is no toilet as it reads also. Running a outdoor shower and sink is fine for the very sandy soil. Perhaps rereading the listing may have been helpful and not assuming. Cheers.

Pet friendly, great tiny house and beautiful setting. Shower is a bit rustic, but its hot. Nice, informative and friendly host and very beautiful property with trails and the river right in front of you.
For VRBO Absolutely wonderful stay! The river is just perfect. It sounds beautiful at night and filled with fireflies! ( in July) I sat in the river to read and had perfect cell service. Super convenient location, close anything you could need. Eric, the host, was lovely. Definitely going back!
we had a great time here! the property was beautiful, and there was privacy. there were other small cabins around the property, but the distance was enough to feel like you’re alone. there was a fire made and ready for us upon arrival (we lit it when we were ready) and Eric was super accommodating and had lots of info. we will be returning
A junkyard with a smelly bed. There are beautiful places to stay in that area GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I apologize if may thought building supplies and tools for 9 rentals. I do my best to organized have the property on tip top shape. There is only one person that I know of that does it all here.
The smell I believe was from the damp carpet from the dog the night before you. Did my best to vacuum it. Unless your nose does not like Armor Hammer? It had rained for few days so air was stale already.
Easy to find location off a main road with. What is listed is what you get! It's not large cabin by any means but the heater kept things warm in the winter snowstorm! Note that you probably won't have cell service in this stay, but that was not an issue for us!
We had such an amazing time at this little cabin. Clean and neat. Plenty of heat and hot water. Nature walks were astonishing. We brought our little dog with us and she loved it.

Tiny Cabin
The cabin was on a river and the overall accomodations were what I expected. The owner was away when we arrived which we learned from someone in another cabin as well as where the bathroom was and the wifi password.
The owner did respond when I messaged him.
We had a great time at this quiet getaway. The river access and the beautiful views driving in were awesome. Our host was so kind and helpful we can’t wait to stay again!
It was very peaceful stay. There is construction but we were told that ahead of time. We plan on staying again in the future.

No sink in the disgusting bathroom, broken down trucks, many broken down cabins, shower was rusted with wet old wood on floor. A bacteria nightmare. No cellphone service I arrived he was nowhere to be seen so I couldn’t get a WiFi
Password. He had some rusty pans for cooking with over a fire. Animal feces all over the toilet. I showed up saying how could I make this bare able and I couldn’t tried calling him left a message heard from him days later. I requested my money back but I was told I can’t. I can only imagine the disease you can catch in that’s shower. Pay the extra $10 and go somewhere else
I stayed for two nights. The bed was comfy and the communication with the host was great. It's very close to the street, but it still feels like you are off in the woods.
We stayed memorial weekend and it was a very peaceful weekend. Had an awesome fire already made when we arrived and plenty of wood for the whole stay. The dogs were able to explore the river and it was just a restful stay. Definitely will stay again.
Eric is a gracious host. The entire booking and checking in process was very simple.
Eric was awesome about giving me a wide variety of hiking areas with directions. I do choose one oh his recommendations. The best part a ready made fire pit! Would recommend and planning to return.
I was unable to contact the property owner, as I was deep in the woods and got a different offer to stay. As this happened while VRBO changed to the one-key system, attempts to install and activate the app led to a discharged cell phone and no desire to follow up. I apologize to the owner for not being able to notify anyone, but the short lead time to my trip may have broken normal communications.

Thanks for the clarification. I hope you may be able to stay another time.
Eric was great and very helpful with anything that came up. Wifi was a bit spotty and facilities are under construction, but the tiny cabin/hut was warm and and the bed comfy. The location by the river was lovely and I had some lovely evenings at the campfire after hiking about in the area.

It was a very nice getaway from it all out in nature kind of place with a wonderful host. There was even a small river within a Stonesthrow of the cabin, which made it very nice to listen to.
Eric's cabin in Warren is a beautiful little spot with a rustic feel. Eric is a great host, and there's a lovely fire pit right outside the door. It's just what we needed after a big day of hiking in the White Mountains. Quite basic, as the listing makes clear, but a good alternative to a campground.
If you love mountain hideaways and just getting away from it all this is perfect. You can listen to the stream all night have a little fire, to me and my wife that have been camping 39 years this was awesome. You are roughing it but you have a bed a shower a bathroom and nature all around. We love it and will be back.
