Location, location, location! Welcome to our tropical oasis located on the 5th floor of Beachside II in The Resort! Our thoughtfully designed beachfront studio features an “almost full kitchen” with stainless steel appliances, a king bed, a cozy living area, a full-size balcony and unparalleled views of the sugar white sand and emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico. Our kitchenette is equipped with a sink, cook top, microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher, as well as all the dinnerware and cookware needed to whip up your favorite meal. Drink your morning coffee at the breakfast table outside on the balcony while enjoying the warm breeze! After a day of sand and surf, watch the sunset from the comfort of your king bed or binge your favorite show on our SmartTV. If additional sleeping accommodations are needed, there is a queen sleeper sofa. Guests can enjoy a newly updated bathroom complete with a spacious walk-in shower. For your convenience, 4248 Beachside II offers keyless entry, complimentary high-speed WIFI, and a full-size washer and dryer.

Convenience is key at Beachside II with hassle-free parking and direct beach access. Beachside II also features a fitness room, a hot tub, a seasonally heated saltwater pool with tanning deck, and an outdoor grilling area. Located on the beach side of the beautifully manicured Resort, Beachside II is just minutes from the area’s best eateries, galleries, boutiques, and nightlife. From ropes courses and playgrounds to live music and entertainment at the Village of Baytowne Wharf, there is fun to be had by guests of all ages. And with complimentary tram access, guests can experience all that the Resort has to offer, hassle-free!

NOTE: The total reservation cost includes the nightly rate, clean fee, damage waiver, transportation fee (for select properties), processing fee and tax. By requesting a quote for this property, you agree to be added to our email subscription list.

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund.

This condo is a wonderful place for a couple to stay things to do on the resort nice view of the ocean what book here again down the street from all the outlet malls nice food restaurants me and my wife stay for a week for our anniversary it was awesome and relaxing

The property was under construction. I can't wait to see it when its complete. The condo itself had a broken dishwasher and the mattress was very uncomfortable and obviously very old.

The rental came with two chairs and an umbrella which was so convenient. There's an elevator just a short distance from the unit but unfortunately it only it worked 2/7 days we were there. The mattress and bed frame needs to be replaced. I had to sleep on a slant every night. The resort itself is amazing!

Amazing Vacation!

Overall, I was extremely impressed with this rental! It was just my wife and I, and I would say two people is the perfect amount for the space provided! The view was amazing, we watched the dolphins from our room twice! This unit was extremely clean.. and that is saying something, as we are clean freaks. Getting into the property was confusing for me.. mostly user error on my part, not reading the fine print! 😂 Neal was extremely professional and easy to reach! We had trouble getting into our unit at first and he was very quick to respond! The pool hours are kind of weird, they were not the hours that were advertised on the sign. We’re not entirely sure when they open the pool, because it was difficult each day we were there! Our last day it was closed the entire day! (I believe for cleaning purposes) We also spent a lot of time and money in the Beach House restaurant, which is literally right next to this unit! Great food, drinks and atmosphere! They had live music every night we stayed All in, this unit was extremely affordable for what you’re are getting! We are already talking about coming back next year!

Terrible beds, great beach view

Pros: beach front view, balcony, clean, only heard sounds from surrounding units once, sandestin amenities Cons: sunset view is not over the gulf, if you can see it from the balcony at all, it's off the side between buildings. The elevator serving the end of the floor where the unit is wasn't working. We ended up taking the stairs down, but the code for the doors didn't work on the stairs so we had to use the main elevator to come up and they're easily crowded and slow. There was no mention of clearance limits for parking. We brought our kayak on our roof rack and figured we'd be fine to park on the top, uncovered level of the garage but there's a clearance bar of 7'0 and that's the only thing limiting the height. The garage has a 6'10" clearance. There are maybe a dozen spots outside the lower level of the garage we could park in. Be aware if you plan to use a luggage rack. The biggest issue by far was the mattresses. The king bed is completely sunkin in on the left side. The mattress for the sofa was maybe 3 inches thick, lumpy, and felt like springs were poking through. We'd intended for the kid to sleep on the sofa bed but my husband ended up sleeping on the couch itself with his feet hanging off because that was actually more comfortable than either mattress. Can't believe someone would use such terrible mattresses in a newly remodeled unit. The view doesn't matter if you can't sleep and you'll just get cranky. Bring air mattresses or don't book this room.

To clarify, the upper parking deck has a clearance of 7 feet while the lower deck is just a tad shorter. However, in addition to the 10 or so spots mentioned, there is also ample overflow parking directly to the right of the garage entrance. We apologize if you missed this. We also apologize if you were not satisfied with our king mattress. We have discussed your concerns with the owner and the mattress is being replaced as soon as possible. Again, we are so sorry for any issues you experienced and hope you will accept our sincerest apologies. We hope you will consider returning for an improved experience and hope to see you again soon!

Reviewer Comments: Beachside 2 is an awesome place to stay you just go down the elevator and you're right at the beach you walk to the left and go a little ways there's an amazing park so there's no hotels just pristine sand and water lots of restaurants and bars nearby you can go to the other side of sandestin you can ride bikes you can walk the place was clean neat well decorated would stay there again for sure.

We loved the views of the gulf from our balcony and it was a great place to start the day drinking coffee & having my quiet time with the Lord! I brought my two adult kids and it was such a precious time for us to spend together! Our host was extremely helpful and quick to respond! There was construction going on but we didn't let that bother us! We just found such joy and peace at the beach! We walked to restaurants and mini golf. It was close to the grocery store too! We will definitely be back

We would not choose to stay in a building that was under construction in the future. Our accommodations were OK. We ‘ve been told that we would receive a refund and to date it has not been credited back to our credit card.
