The apartment is ideal for one or two and features a kitchenette, bathroom, dining island, comfortable queen bed, and couch.

This apartment is the top floor of a detached carriage house. Please note that there is a flight of stairs that one must ascend to access the living space. It's an open studio, around 400 square feet.
