Ample living, dining rooms, equipped modern kitchens, Granite Counter Tops, State of the art stainless steel Small/Large Appliances, central air, fans, WiFi, washer / dryer. Include all towels and linen.

Load and start the dishwasher

Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish

Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys

-Please: -place all keys on the counter -lock front door not back slider door -lower thermostat to 79* -turn off fans, tv’s, lights etc

-place all furniture inside and outside in original place as found -place all used laundry in laundry room We appreciate your cooperation.

We have enjoyed the Fla. Keys for over 40 years, first with our children and now with our grown children and their families.
We looked for a large, private and safe home, with a great location to provide entertainment for all the different ages and interests in our family and future guests for our rental business.
After looking for many months, we found 'Parroteyes' and we decided to buy in 1992.
