This studio features a Queen sized bed, full bath with walk in shower,  kitchenette, and cozy sofa with TV!

So convenient!!!

Perfect size and location for our mommy-daughter get-away! A charming piece of historical architecture in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of 30A and you can walk out the back door barefoot down to the beach!

Family Getaway

We had an incredible stay! This is in the perfect location, walkable to Seaside and a short drive to any other 30A location! We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay for our family vacation! Though tiny, this home had everything we needed and didn’t feel too tight for our needs! Just steps to the beach, it really is the complete package! We highly recommend!

Paradise Crash Pad

An excellent garage apartment space with a comfy bed and good a/c. Nice sized shower and the little amenities you need for a beach trip crash pad. Perfect for the single traveler, would totally work for a couple as well.

Parking was tight for a big car as it was directly off 30A and off the walkway/pike path. No place to sit, except for the bed Really tight shower Only 5 minutes by foot from the beach

In a great area!

Overall, it was worth the price. The area is perfect and having bikes really makes the experience. There were a few small things that could’ve made it better (just some upkeep that could’ve made it 100%), but overall worth the price!

The check-in process was stressful. I did not have the code until 30 minutes before we were set to arrive. Also the air conditioner leaked. The management was great about responding and brought extra towels quickly when asked. The location was great. My husband and I enjoyed the complimentary bikes as well. It was perfect for the two of us especially since we had family staying in a larger house nearby. Overall, it is a fine place if you aren’t spending much time in your room.

Quick Babymoon

We had a great 3 night stay at Sidecar Apartment. Though it was small (everything from the shower to the sinks to the size of the apartment), it was the perfect amount of space for the two of us. It could use a few updates throughout, but overall everything was clean and usable. For the price - The location and proximity to the beach simply cannot be beat - steps to the boardwalk. The bikes were a nice addition (though we didn’t use them since I’m towards the end of my pregnancy).

Killed two roaches within 24 hours of leaving. THis location and place was Amazing and I was so sorry to see this because I wanted to book. Please let someone know it desperately needs to be sprayed.

Location was perfect

Room was smaller than expected. Ideal location. Air conditioner worked well. Bed was comfortable. Location was great. Cleanliness was a little less than perfect. Found broken glass shards in rug around the bed. Swept several pieces out after stepping on a few. Small cut on foot after pulling shard out. Wife said decorating walls would help cuten up the place.

Pure location

This studio is perfect for one person but would work for a couple and from a location perspective is perfect. If you are someone who plans to spend your days at the beach and just need a place to sleep and shower this is ideal. Not much from an amenity perspective with exception to the two bikes provided which were great for going into town. Make sure the mini fridge works before you purchase anything you'd like to keep cold. We learned the hard way and reported it however it did not get remedied.

Great location, but.....

The location is great and having the bikes wete awesome. However, the unit needs some touch ups, particularly painting of the cabinets in the kitchen and bath. Additionally, we repeatedly saw flying and crawling insects; probably one a day; and that shouldn't happen. There was also only one roll of toilet paper for a week's stay; I had to purchase additional myself, which was a first. I messaged about the bugs and toilet paper and received no response.
