After many years of visiting Hilton Head Island with family and friends, we decided it was time to share our beach vacation home with those who appreciate walks on the sand, spectacular sunsets, and all that life by the beach has to offer. We enjoy the beauty and wonder of nature as there are no two days alike by the ocean. We also appreciate healthy living with good food and good friends!!
Why they chose this property
We purchased this property to make the most of its proximity to the ocean and vacation feel by adding a pool area and remodeling the interior while maintaining its mid-century beachy feel. Rather than change the interior entirely we chose to preserve its original style, creating a relaxing, bright and cozy ambiance inside. Besides the house, we love the location and quiet, family-oriented neighborhood!!
