We loved our stay at this cute Holton Head home. It was a great location steps from the beach and had great outdoor space and pool and toys for our kids! Check in and communication was excellent, and they even gave us passes for Sea Pines. We would definitely stay again!

Rick and Denise made our trip very special for the kids and were great about communicating with us on any little thing we needed. The house was really neat and had a lot of cozy aspects with modern updates too. The house was super kid friendly with toys and books and even wall plugs without any items we were worried the kids might break. The house is really close to some great shops and necessities and actually is 88 steps to sand without big condominiums crowding up the beach. We had a great time and would definitely go back again.

This is a wonderful place. The area is perfect. It is truly 88 steps to a very sparsely crowded beach. The house had everything necessary for a pleasant stay. The outdoor area couldn't be better. The owners accommodated us in every way, even providing passes into Sea Pines during our stay.

Very clean and accommodating. It was well setup for our two kids that are five and two. Heated pool was great in the afternoons and the beach is just a short walk. The owner was very responsive to be sure we had everything we needed.

Great stay!

We enjoyed the private pool and outdoor entertainment area. We also loved being so close to the beach! Just a short walk and they provide beach chairs and a wagon! Would stay here again.

We had an excellent stay at this property! It's very well maintained and truly felt like a home away from home. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the abundance of beach and pool toys and gear—it was so convenient to have those on hand, covering anything we forgot or didn't have room to pack. The only drawback may be the detached 3rd bedroom and ensuite. Would still highly recommend!

Family friendly rental

Perfect spring break

The property was just as described with wonderful indoor and outdoor spaces. The proximity to the beach and the lovely heated pool made it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the great weather. The hosts were very responsive and helpful when needed. Definite recommend.

Great Beach House

Cozy beach house just steps away from the beach, pool and outdoor area was where we spent a lot of time! Really great for family travel, the kids room was wonderful! It’s in a great spot that’s close enough to everything, restaurants and shopping, but also quiet, private and relaxing. A great vacation spot, easy check in and great communication from owner!

Perfect Spot

We had an amazing time at this property! The house was perfect for us and our one year old daughter. Great location to walk over to the beach or to take a drive anywhere on the island. We will definitely book the property again when return to HHI.

Wonderful host with great communication. The house was well kept and included everything we needed and more. The location was perfect. The pool was a great escape from a windy day at the beach. Best rental I've stayed at thus far!
