Welcome to The Hillside. This cozy modern rustic lodge sits atop the rolling hills of the Clear Fork Valley in Butler, Ohio. A recently built authentic log cabin, it is fitted with many custom furnishings to maximize comfort and give it a one-of-a-kind style. Unique to Ohio, this getaway comfortably sleeps 20 guests. With many indoor and outdoor recreation options, it's the perfect spot to relax, rejuvenate and reconnect at any time of year.

Property policy to be aware of: We have strict rules limiting noise and loud music for the sake of our neighbors. A $1000 security deposit hold will be placed on the credit card with which you book. A rental contract must be read and signed before staying. The pool is not heated and is only open June - Aug. Our driveway is steep and can be slippery, 4 wheel drive is recommended during winter months.

We knew we wanted to raise our son, Ashwin, in a similar environment. We spend many weekends hosting family from near and far and know the importance of making people feel welcome in our home.

The Hillside has been a dream of ours for years. It is a place for gathering- where friends and family can reconnect, relax, and create lasting memories.

Why they chose this property

After many months of scouring the real estate market we finally found this gem of a property. It was important for us to buy a comfortable place surrounded by nature that could accommodate a large number of people so that we could enjoy the property with our family and friends when guests are not visiting.
