Great location

All of the Disney parks were no more than 20 minutes away. Plenty of places to shop and eat nearby.

Clean and Convenient

Easy check in process. Taken care of and a property manager on top of everything. You will just need the normal TP, dish soap and washer detergent. Enjoy !!

Great, clean property that is convenient to park’s & restaurants. Gated resort with security guards & keyed access only. We try to book Encantada every year & hope we can book this condo again. David was great to deal with & responded each time I contacted him.

Fun Times

We always try to stay at Encantada & this is second year in row to book with David. As advertised, clean, great location with easy access to WDW. Check in process is simple and always a guard at gate. David always responds to any issue you may have. If we go back to WDW in 2025 then we will book with David.

Family Disney vacation

Nice townhouse in a nice location and the price was great! The unit was clean and well represented by the photos. The pool wasn't heated, but that didn't stop the kids from getting in. They also used the main pool that is heated. The owner David responded quickly to any questions we had.

My experience

We loved the house and pool the only thing is the house never got cool enough and the pool was always too cold. Other then that we loved it. Thanks. We will be booking again in the future.

Thanks for staying with us Misti! We have a smart home connected thermostat and are able to adjust the temperature to your liking remotely. We are also working on having our private pool heated for future guests however, the community pools are heated year round and are free for our guests to utilize.

Decent stay

This stay was decent overall... my main complaint was that when we arrived it smelled strongly of smoke (even though it is listed as a non-smoking unit); there were cigarette butts lying under the table on the patio. The dishes in the cabinets still had food on them and had to be washed before we could use them. The washing machine had shredded tissue all in it. It is less stocked with essential items (laundry detergent, etc) than some others that ive stayed at, although the host did make that clear on the front end. The host handled all communication quickly and professionally, which I appreciated. The pools were a nice bonus. Overall, it was an okay / economical place to stay.

15-20 minutes to Disney parks!

When we arrived it was warm in the house, but after messaging the host, he quickly adjusted the thermostat for us. It was still hot the next day and he reached out to let us know that he was monitoring the temperature of the house and since it was not improving he had contacted an AC repainman and that if it was ok with us the repainman would be out the next day to get it fixed. The AC guy came and fixed the AC and the temperature in the house quickly cooled off. The house was clean when we arrived. The beds weren't the most comfortable, but were not horrible either. The pool was a good size for my 4 teens and I to hang out in. We drove to Disney while we were there and our longest commute was around 20 minutes. The host was very nice and communicated quickly with me any time I reached out to him. The house is an easy drive to fast food and stores in the immediate area.

Bugs

The unit needs a deep clean. Immediately upon arrival, I killed a small roach in the kitchen. The floors were dirty. The end table had sticky rings on them. The wall in the kitchen is very dirty. The upstairs main bedroom also had dirty tables and stuff splashed on the wall. There were food crumbs on the living room table and cereal on the dining room chairs. That night I killed three more roaches in the kitchen. The next day there was one on the wall by the thermostat, on the island in the kitchen, and the downstairs bathroom. There were a couple in the lower kitchen cabinets as well. There were ghost ants on every surface and we had to throw a lot of food away. Once we realized this, we kept the food in the fridge and microwave. We ended up checking out a day early because we couldn’t stand it any longer. The pool was too cold for us. The thermostat was locked so you couldn’t adjust the temp. The upstairs was very hot which was unfortunate because we spent all our time up there due to the roaches on the main floor. We did not see roaches on the second floor, although there were ghost ants up there too. The beds sag in the middle and were not comfortable. The owner was responsive to my messages but did not offer a solution or any type of refund for our troubles, loss of food, and loss of a nights stay.

We value all feedback from our guests and appreciate when any concerns are brough to our attention. We have relayed all the notes below to our cleaners to ensure our unit is prepped for all future bookings. In regards to the cleaning mentioned below - we have been working with our cleaners for over two years and have rarely ever received complaints. It is a bit more difficult during the summer months as we are booked back to back and our cleaners handle multiple properties per day. Florida does get an increase in bugs during the summer months. This is not a reflection of the cleanliness of the house but more of the seasons. That being said, we work with pest control to ensure our home is protected regularly. Our private pool can be heated for an additional cost, but this guest did not ask for the pool to be heated. In addition, the thermostat is locked to protect us from guests setting the temperature too low and freezing the AC unit. However, we can adjust the temperature at anytime remotely.
