Bromley Mountain is the perfect family mountain located in easily accessible southern Vermont. Known as the Sun Mountain, it's the only mountain in Vermont with southern exposure. Ski Magazine has rated Bromley #1 in North America in Family Programs.

This 3-level mountainside ski in / ski out condo is ideal for year round memorable family and friend vacation adventures. The condo is located in the highly desirable Birches B section of Bromley Village. This prime location provides convenient access to the slopes by a very short walk across the parking area to the Plaza ski trail. Literally ski back to the front steps of the condo via a trail known as the Enchanted Forest accessed directly from the Thruway ski trail. It's hard to compete with this level of convenience. Why hassle with driving, parking, shuttle buses, lockers, and crowded base lodges?

The condo is also conveniently located within a 2 minute walk of a heated, outdoor pool with a lifeguard, tennis courts, fitness/ recreation center complete with ping pong, foosball and WiFi.

Bromley is home to Vermont's largest fun park - the Sun Mountain Adventure Park which includes alpine slides, zip lines, rock climbing, bumper boats, mini-golf and more.

The mountain is only 6 miles from the famous Manchester Village which contains great shopping at numerous outlet stores and a diverse variety of excellent restaurants. Cross country skiing, snowmobiling, horse and sleigh rides, ice skating, hiking, fishing, golf, mountain biking, and antiquing, etc. are all nearby.

Ski Weekend

We couldn’t have asked for anything more. 2 minute walk to ski trail and trail back to basically the front door! Condo was spacious with adult BR upstairs and kids rooms downstairs. Place was clean and owners were helpful. And Bromley Mtn is a great mountain with a wide mix of difficulty. A+ all the way around! We will definitely go again next year (and the year after that…)

Amazing ski weekend and super helpful hosts!

My wife and I and our two boys (12 and 9) and our friends (another couple with kids about the same age) had an amazing ski weekend at this lovely condo in a super convenient location in Bromley Village. The owner was super helpful with explaining how to walk (maybe 75 yards) to where we could ski down to the lifts and how to get back to the condo through the “Enchanted Forrest.” The condo was roomy and comfortable and the UGG blankets on the bunk beds were a big hit with the kids. Bromley is a fun mountain and we got a beautiful sunny weekend. We can’t wait to come back and would definitely rent this condo again!

The property was clean, well kept, had everything we needed; there were 6 of us and we brought all our own food. It was like we were home -- everything we needed to cook, serve, play games, sleep well and ski all day each day. The rental process was easy, the owner was responsive and all check-in and check-out processes were clear and easy. The fireplace was an extra cozy bonus especially during the snow storm. We had a great time!

Perfect place to take kids! Real nice family mountain. People on the mountain, in the lodge and around the condo were all friendly - not at all snobby like some mountains. The condo was exactly as described. Bunk room the kids loved, the room with the king bed (very comfortable) has attached full bath, the third bedroom queen / twin combo was very comfortable too. The living room great for relaxing in front of fireplace, while enjoying an nice cocktail! Everyone had a great time

We spent a lovely Xmas at Bromley and the owners of the condo couldn't have made us feel more welcome. The condo is spacious and clean, and is a short walk to the slopes. The owners even decorated for us. Truly pleasant experience!

Great time at Bromley!

This was a great place to stay for our two families (4 adults, 4 kids ages 4-7). The kids loved the bunk room, and we could all hang out in the living area before/after days on the mountain. We cooked in one night and went out the other, but had breakfast and lunch each day back at the house. The access to the mountain was easy, even though the Plaza Chair was only open one day. Skiing back to the condo through the Enchanted Forest was great, and while it took a little more effort you could get from the condo to the trails without taking off your skis. And one of the highlights was the sledding hill only a short walk away. Thanks to Deana for making the process very easy!

Nice spot very convenient to the mountain. Short walk down to the top of the lift, and ski back to the condo (on a very crazy trail through the "Enchanted Forest"). Condo nice enough - little bit of maintenance probably should be on the list, but very serviceable overall. Great wood fire place with a great supply of firewood just out front. Frank and Penny at the pro-shop at Bromley very nice and very helpful.

Our family of 5 stayed at the Varga’s condo over MLK weekend and it was just right. The ski in ski out option was easy and convenient. The bedrooms were generous and the family room / kitchen area was comfortable. There’s a General Store a few miles down the road that has tastey prepared meals. We also cooked some meals in the kitchen. The overall feel was family oriented. Authentic ski getaway. We would stay there again in a heartbeat.

This condo is just perfect! We had 6 adults and 2 children for a 3 day ski trip. Unfortunately we couldn't ski the first day because of the weather, however, we were content to play games and sled. The home is stocked with activities for children and adults. The condo is clean, beautifully decorated, well stocked, and close to the ski trail. The owners were great to work with and made sure that everything was perfect. I highly recommend this condo and we will definitely return for another stay!

My husband, 2 kids (ages 11 & 14) and I stayed here last week. It was very clean, three floors of living, very comfortable. Right on Bromley Mountain, next to adventure & aerial park (great place!). Outdoor pool heated and clean. Owner easy to work with. Very close to everything to see in the area. Highly recommend a stay here!

This was the second time I rented this condo during the summer. I rented it for 3 weeks in July of 2012, and again for 3 weeks this July 2014. The condo is exactly as advertised, and I would recommend it to anyone considering a nice place to stay in the summer! It is comfortable, clean, and well kept. The kitchen is well equipped. The owners are very nice and easy to deal with, and as helpful as possible. Plenty of fresh air, as the condo is right on Bromley Mountain. At night, after a long day out, I would sit in the comfy reclining chair and watch a DVD or a TV show on the huge flatscreen TV. The clubhouse has Wifi, air conditioning, a large screen TV, a gym upstairs, a ping pong table, and bathrooms. It's located by the pool and tennis courts and is just a 3 minute walk from the condo. The outdoor pool is heated and NOT overly chlorinated. SOOOO RELAXING! The condo is in a great location to visit all the places that Southern Vermont has offer, as well as Northwestern Massachusetts. Manchester Center is just down the mountain, 6 miles away, and has: a large assortment of stores, designer stores, restaurants, a movie theater, 2 supermarkets, a great bookstore with cafe, several gas stations and much, much more. There are two equity theaters in the area as well. The Weston Playhouse and the Dorset Playhouse. Very convenient! The Bennington Monument is about thirty miles away. The Sterling and Francine Clark Institute, (one of the world's great museums), is about 14 miles south of Bennington in Williamstown, MA. There is a parking lot for the Long Trail, (Appalachian Trail), about a mile away from the condos. The trail goes up the mountain to the top of Bromley, about 2.5 miles, and is really beautiful. The view from the top of Bromley is breathtaking. I know many people go to Bromley to Ski, but it's just as great in the summer. There's an amusement park for kids at the base of Bromley. There you'll find miniature golf, a water slide, the alpine slide (good for adults too), lots of rides for kids, fast food, and the occasional live musicians playing on the huge outdoor deck. All-in-all, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND A STAY IN THIS CONDO!

We have rented this comfortable condo for the past several years. We love the convenience to the Bromley ski slopes. Just a short walk to the slopes, we can ski and easily go back to the condo for lunch. Don't want to fix lunch? Check out the Bromley Market - great sandwiches and deserts. The condo has everything we need to make our stay comfortable. The washer and dyer in the unit is so helpful.

Awesome vacation

My family of 5 and another family of 4 stayed here and had an excellent vacation. Even with the warm temperatures this winter there was snow at bromley with great ski, sledding & snowball fight conditions. The condo was very clean and very warm & inviting. Everything we needed was there. The location of the condo for skiing is prime. No need to drive. Ski to get your lift tickets, ski all day & just ski back to the condo. My 5 and 7 year old sons loved the enclosed magic carpet where they learned how to ski. Not only is the skiing great but the shopping is great too! The outlets are just a short ride away from the condo as well as an indoor ice skating rink. We had such a great trip we can't wait to rent this condo again.

Loved Our Stay....

Our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids) along with friends who are a family of 4, rented in the winter for skiing and loved it so much rented again in the Fall!! The place is convenient to get to and was very clean and comfortable. It contained all necessaties (kitchen items, paper products, etc..) and had a huge flatscreen tv and a fireplace in the living room. It was great for the whole family.The kids were entertained outside and in with toys, video games, dvd player, sleighriding and a wooden ship playground that the kids loved to climb on especially in the snow!!! Very relaxing for the adults and lots of fun outdoors with skiing and sledding and trails to walk. The fall foliage is spectacular and we highly recommend this rental for adults and kids.
