Lori was very nice, communication was great. Answered all questions we had. Beautiful location and housed our family of 9 and pets with plenty of space. Saw lots of deer daily.

Thank you so much Melissa. We appreciate the nice compliments. Please come back anytime. Thank you for taking good care of our home during your stay.
Great stay, had a good time with family, friendly owners, helped with any issues and quickly resolved them, very beautiful place great for large family
Host was great at communication. House is large and great for 3 families that shared it. House is definitely dated but clean. 2 of the rooms have walls that do not go to the ceiling to allow for heat circulation so this was a bit of an noise issue at night when someone wanted to go to sleep in those rooms but others wanted to stay up. Also kitchen was a little understocked with utensils and dishes/pans for the size of group it is meant to accommodate. Overall though good experience and would stay at again.
We really enjoyed our stay at this amazing home! It was very spacious and clean and centrally located to all the fun in cloudcroft! The host was amazing and answered all questions we had! We will definitely be back!
Great layout of the home that allows for multiple families to stay together. Beautiful home with nice aesthetic feel. Don’t forget to bring paper plates and cups.
We had a great time in this house. Even though the hot tub was not working the owners were very communicative about this issue. We would love to stay here again.

We are so glad y’all came to stay with us. So sorry the pump went out on the hot tub a few days before your arrival. We would love to have y’all back!
The house comfortably fit our large family. We appreciate the well-stocked kitchen and 5 bedrooms. We enjoyed seeing wild horses and deer walk by outside.
Most of the time it is difficult to get a large family together with everyone, but there are times that you have an opportunity to get together with some of them. This weekend was great spending time with three young adult children, their partners and my brother and his family from Austin. Great location to accommodate all of our needs.
From reserving the house all the way to the check out process, it was great! The pictures show the house very well! House was really clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood was quiet and crawling with deer. Short drive into Cloudcroft and a little drive to white sands & Ruidoso. Have already recommended this house to several friends!
We were a part of 9 adults. The home was in excellent condition and clean with plenty of room for everyone. We enjoyed the close proximity to local hiking trails and easy access to the White Sands National Monument. A surprise overnight snow storm made the trip even better. Plenty of deer and elk roaming close to the home. This is a great vacation home!
We wanted a place to gather up some of our adult children and grandkids for a weekend away and out of the heat, and this was the perfect place! There was ample parking for our three vehicles, and plenty of places to sleep. The kitchen had what we needed for our simple meals with the option to grill. We spent a lot of time outside enjoying the cool weather. The outdoor table and chairs meant we could eat outside or gather inside to play games or sit in the living room to watch a movie. The sunroom was an added bonus place to sit and drink tea in the morning or watch the deer outside at dusk. The lodge was clean and well furnished and very comfortable. It truly is a delightful place to stay, a home away from home! Our host was very timely with answers to questions and in good communication with us. We love Cloudcroft and hope to visit again and hope to make this a yearly family destination!
