Come with your family or friends and stay at “Gracie Mansion”. Brand new 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath home. Huge, open, spacey layout. This property is luxury personified. Gourmet kitchen with top the line appliances. Light a fire in our outdoor fireplace on the large back patio or cook steaks on the grill on the front deck when you return from skiing. Keep your feet cozy warm on any of our five separate radiant heated floors! Soak in the 8 person hot tub, that is cleaned and sanitized between every guest, while watching the big game or your favorite movie on any of the 8 TVs at the property.

Walk to the Woodstock Inn and Brewery, or any of the many restaurants all in 3 minutes!

We had a beautiful holiday weekend at the Gracie Mansion. Plenty of room for our family and many memories made. The kitchen was fully equipped, the hot tub was relaxing and the fire was roaring. We would definitely come back.

Quick drive to some great hikes, walking distance to breweries and breakfast spots, as well as a fully equipped kitchen/grill to eat-in. Bedrooms, showers, and supplied games were all great. The wrap around porch with bar seating and hammock were a great addition for hanging out during our downtime.

The best spot!

Gracie Mansion is even more beautiful than the photos! We had such a blast staying here - so easy to drive to Loon & walk to the restaurants and cafes in North Woodstock. However, we never wanted to leave the house because it was so gorgeous and cozy.

My husband & I had a "wonderful" 5 night visit celebrating our 44th anniversary here. What a beautiful home w/ exceptional amenities - a lot of creature comforts and more. Fantastic weekend!

We did a multi family ski trip here and had the best of time! The kids loved the bunk room and hot tub and there was plenty of space for all the adults. Kitchen had everything you could possibly need. Fantastic location to getting downtown Woodstock!

Great family friendly house close to Loon Mountain

We stayed as 2 families with young children and really loved the house. It was very clean, comfortable, well stocked (especially the kitchen), and there were even some kids toys and puzzles that came in handy for our afternoons at the house. The setup worked well for staying as 2 families and there was plenty of space for sleeping and the cozy couch and fire was perfect for evenings.

Amazing Holiday Stay!

We had such an amazing time staying at Gracie Mansion with extended family for New Years! The house was stunning, with top of the line amenities including a well stocked kitchen, gorgeous bathrooms, tv’s in every room and a pre-heated hot tub our whole family enjoyed. We also loved walking downtown to local shops and restaurants, and skiing at Loon Mountain, which was less than 10 min away. Highly recommend this property, and would stay here again in a heartbeat!

We enjoyed our stay. Everything inside house is brand new, and kitchen is fantastic- nothing is old or bad like other places. It is just ready to be used -no sticky pan -like home. Outside fire place is a great place that kids cook s’more. When we bbq outside, it happened to be music festival and we literally enjoy live music over wine. Outdoor activities are great ranging from cave (so great) and resort (wall climb, zip lines, bunge trampoline, you name it and can research). Recommend anyone who wants to relay and enjoy outdoor activities.

N. Woodstock home

This house was perfect for our family of adult children and young grandchildren. Great location to ski at Loom Mountain and not too far from Cannon Mountain. Everyone enjoyed the Ice Castles. Tubing and sledding were also nearby. Close to Lincoln for restaurants and shopping. Would highly recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this rental house. The place was absolutely spotless when we arrived, and with 10 of us, we needed plenty of space. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and there were TVs in almost every corner, making it easy for everyone to unwind after a day on the course. The location couldn't have been better, just a short walk to downtown Woodstock, which was perfect for exploring the local spots. We couldn't have asked for a better home base for our trip!

This is easily the nicest VRBO I have stayed in. No question. Probably the coolest shower I've ever used. Woodstock is a great little town. Access to hiking, skiing, swimming...basically whatever you want to do. Great outside area too with my personal future fireplaces when I build my own home. Very cool indeed. Hosts were there if I needed them and stayed out of the way if I didn't. I like to be left alone personally and that's how it went. Thanks Joe

We had an absolutely amazing time during our stay! We spent our days skiing at Loon Mountain, which was fantastic — the trails were in great condition, and the mountain offered something for everyone in our group. After a full day on the slopes, it was such a treat to come back and relax in such a cozy and well-appointed place. The location couldn't have been better — close to the mountain, local restaurants, and charming shops — making it easy to explore the area and enjoy everything it has to offer. The amenities were top-notch, from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable living spaces, and made us feel right at home. We’re already looking forward to coming back for another adventure!

Gracie Mansion was the perfect spot for our family/friends weekend getaway! The main event was Ice Castles, which was right down the road- highly recommend!! As long as you are dressed appropriately (hand & foot warmers a MUST!) everyone will have a great experience. Back to the house, it was clean, fully stocked with everything you would need and the perfect set up for multiple families. The hot tub was the kids (and adults) favorite place to unwind! The basement area was also great for the kids play and hangout. The rooms were spacious, beds super comfy and the bathrooms were to die for!! It was like being at a spa! Joe was so responsive and welcoming as well! Highly recommend for a winter getaway, but also would love to visit during warmer months as there was so much balcony space and the outside area is adorable!! Thanks Joe for opening your home to us, it was a perfect weekend filled with memory making and we hope to make it back!!
