Absolutely Amazing!

We loved our stay in Vail, it was the most amazing ski in ski out condo. Super clean, amazing spaces and big deck, excellent communication and service. Thank you we will be back next year!

Owner needs to put in ac unit. Unacceptable at this price range. Moved unit because of high temp in rooms and no ac.

Thank you for your feedback. While this home was not advertised as having air conditioning, we understand that the unusually warm temperatures made your stay uncomfortable. As soon as you contacted us, we responded promptly and relocated you to a significantly larger three-bedroom residence at a heavily discounted rate, even though your original reservation was for a one-bedroom unit. Our goal was to make things right as quickly as possible, and you did not have to spend a night in the original home. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Since your stay, we have installed a portable air conditioning unit in the home to improve guest comfort during warmer weather. Thank you again for your feedback, as it helps us continue improving the guest experience.
