The unit has modern furnishings, 2 bedrooms each with a king or 2 twin beds made at your request. Enjoy the tranquil views while cooking in a fully equipped kitchen, the dining table seats 6, and settle into the comfortable overstuffed furniture in the living area to watch the large smart TV or gaze at the Sierra Madre mountains. Double-paned sliding doors in the living room and bedrooms lead to a beautiful private terrace. Shared pool on the first floor. Elevator. High season December to March requires a 1-month minimum stay.

excellent communication for check-in and entry to the condo. (take a few minutes and read the directions and watch the video). Condo is fully stocked (even included a basket of fresh fruit) all you have to do is buy a few groceries locally. there are only 18 units in the entire bldg so always room at the pool. We are anxious to return.

Hola! Thank you for your interest in staying with us. We are very excited to share our 2-floor penthouse condo with you. We have been going to Mexico for years and enjoy the food, people, and culture so much that we decided to invest in the beautiful bay town of Bucerias. It is a dream come true.
We live in the San Francisco Bay Area with our two doodles, Rusty and Bella. Rusty is a therapy dog and Bella is a princess. We love water activities, hiking, and eating good food.

Casa de la Vista is in an 18-unit boutique building. It is steps away from the beach, where you can swim in the bay, walk for miles on the soft sand, or get a massage. It is about a 15-minute walk to the town center via surface streets or the beach.

Imagine the luxury of a private spacious rooftop terrace with comfortable seating and lounge chairs. Find yourself resting, reading, and gazing at the bay under an umbrella with your favorite beverage. At night enjoy the fireworks from the resorts.
