This condo was incredibly well stocked and perfect for our crew of 8. It was 10 minutes to the grocery store and 10 minutes to the national park entrance. Would definitely recommend to any family looking to visit Estes.
We really enjoyed our time there. It’s close to town and to rmnp. The views were great and every morning we were there I was able to sit on the porch and see elk or mule deer.
The condo was perfect for our friends and family, and a great location with being right outside of town but not in it. Very comfortable and great kitchen for cooking and we loved the balconies for looking over the mountains.
The condo is clean and comfortable. The AC units in the rooms were perfect for the hot summer days. Good central location, and the kids love the heated pool. Thank you!
First bedroom upstairs needs a topper but others are good. Entire place was nice. Needs a hot tub on back patio like many others. I would have preferred a hot tub.
We were impressed with the townhouse. Better then we expected! Clean, comfortable, great location, great views. Enjoyed the decks. Very well stocked with everything you need and alot we didn't know we needed! Would definetly recommend it to anyone going to Estates Park. We would definetly go there again.

The first thing I look for when I walk in in a place is if it is clean. Condo was very clean!
The property manager communicated very well and made sure from the time I booked that we knew we would need time entry passes to Rocky Mountain National Park and how to get ty

Cozy
We enjoyed our stay. Great location and a cozy, clean place. Couple of things. We arrived to a broken garage door. Nothing was addressed just asked if car was inside.
Note:It has 3 full flights of stairs & AC units were portable in bedrooms only.
The unit was clean and we found everything to be accurate according to listing. Communication with Renee was very good and Renee came over right away to drop off some items we were missing when we checked in. The only thing that disappointed was the pool and hot tub. We found the pool area to be in need of maintenance (chipped paint and pool needed cleaning) and the hot tub did not function for the first few days. The hot tub was fixed after letting Renee know. Overall, nice clean unit and location, esp with Estes construction, worked out very well for us.
