Sunny Home in the Heart of Fayetteville

Experience the incredible outdoor recreation of Fayetteville - recently renovated 3br/1ba near the heart of town. Walk 2 blocks up to downtown (Pies and Pints, Waterstone, Wood Iron cafe) or 2 blocks down to Firehouse BBQ and Maggies Pub. Or cook at home in the redone and fully equipped kitchen. Minutes to trails, rock climbing and rafting, 10 minutes the other side of town and great mountain biking!
The Kaymoor mine is a few minutes outside of
town and provides great hiking and history. There is a small amount of workout gear in the home, see "amenities" for details.

NOTE: 1. Please message me when requesting to book - there are a lot of spam requests - I want to make sure to process your legitimate request promptly!
2. Please recall that dogs over the weight limit are only allowed on a case-by-case basis. You must message me for approval. Also, there is an additional pet fee for approved dogs. Thanks for understanding

Great house in a great location

Nicely decorated, well-appointed house within easy walking distance to downtown, short drive to the park, and no weird list of owner demands -- couldn't have asked for more! The kitchen was probably the most well-stocked I've seen in a short-term rental -- I mean, there's even a burr coffee grinder. We loved it and will definitely stay again next time we visit New River Gorge.

I want to highly recommend this VERY nice place to anyone looking for a place to stay. the house is very clean, very well equipped with everything that makes you feel very comfortable and like if you were at home. I want to thank Michael, our host for being very kind, accommodating and always very willing to help to make you feel very comfortable. Thanks to him, our stay was excellent! Close to National Park

The house is old and in a poor neighborhood. The facility was clean, well equipped and the internet worked well but the living room furniture was mismatched and could have been more comfortable. There was too many of the owners personal belongings visible for our taste. There is a low quality TV that has a dead vertical pixel line that was noticeable in the center screen. The house is close to the New River Gorge National Park which is worth seeing.

A perfect place

This is a perfect rental. The owner, Mike, was terrific and very communicative. Due to a major storm event, the power was out in the area for over 24 hours and he came through to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The unit was stocked with everything you could want (pots, pans, utensils, condiments, etc). The beds were comfortable. It was very clean, cleaner than any we’ve stayed in. It was very walkable to town, which we walked to several times a day. Wood was even provided for the fire pit! A great place for a family or couples. It was perfect. We’ll be back

This cute stone home offers close walking distance to many of the cute shops and restaurants in Fayetteville, as well as a short drive to the New River Gorge National Park and Hawk's Nest State Park. There is Rock Climbing, Whitewater Rafting, and Mountain Biking, as well as professional guiding services for each of these wonderful outdoor activities. The climbing and whitewater is truly world class!
