Just 2.5 miles south of the historic Fayette County Courthouse on Route 16. The house has been completely renovated with new electrical, plumbing, kitchen, and bathrooms. The house is located in the heart of New River Country. which is one of the nations best areas for float fishing, whitewater rafting, mountain biking, rock climbing, and a short drive to Winterplace Ski Resort.

Super clean in awesome location.

The property is conveniently located to all activities, groceries and restaurants. It was super clean with comfy beds, sofa and newly renovated. Nice to have a fire pit and Smart TV.

This review is actually for a different property owned by Bobby, Bed Bass and Beyond. First, Bobby was a great host. He was easy to get in touch with prior to our trip and while we were there. He made sure our stay was fun and comfortable. The cabin was clean and cozy. The kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms and living areas were comfortable. The location was perfect for hiking and site seeing. There were several options for restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Nice quant location for an Ultra "Basecamp"

We stayed to support a friend running the Rim to River 100 and the property exactly fit the need. We encountered no problems during our stay and it was a great cenrtal location with several resturants, grocery, and gastation options at hand. If we come down again, this place is where it will be.

Great location in Fayetteville!

Our family (7 adults) all visited Fayetteville for a long weekend of kayaking and rafting the New River. This was a great location - 11 minutes from Adventures on the Gorge and 1.5 miles from Freefolk Brewery, both of which we highly recommend! Bobby’s “Bed, Bass and Beyond” was clean, comfortable and easily accommodated all of us. He was a great communicator about checking in and we would definitely stay here again.

The Loft

The cabin was nice and clean. Our group was mostly older adults, and the stairs made it hard for some of the family to get up to the house. Other than that, the house was very cozy and we really enjoyed it.

Great little cottage

Very clean, hard to find 4 bedroom at this price. Vrbo app gave bad address, just put is in downtown Fayetteville, it’s actually on the corner of 16 & 19, behind West Virginia Pro Outfitters. Location was not great, being behind the fishing outfitters and next to a rundown motel. Location was convenient, and the cabin was very nice and clean.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay. The rental is clean and has everything we needed. It's in a perfect location for hiking and touring the Gorge. It's also close to restaurants and shops. Bobby, the owner, is really nice.

Relaxing and beautiful

We decided to get away from home since we hadn't left since the onset of the Pandemic. We were looking for somewhere to go where we could enjoy the outdoors away from crowds and hoped to find somewhere to stay for our larger family of seven where we could relax, bring and complete homeschool and college work and cook our own food. This rental was PERFECT!! There was quick and easy access to the New River Gorge Bridge and area, Summersville for hiking. We hiked and were able to geocache (there were lots of caches to find in this area) and were able to cook all of our meals. The loft was easy to find and a comfortable place to stay. We are looking at planning another trip in the spring and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Small but cozy

This house is centrally located to so many fun things to do and minutes from Fayetteville. Bobbie was very nice, helpful and accommodating. We had a minor hiccup, but quickly worked it out with Bobbie. Great place, we would definitely visit this rental again.

Why they chose this property

The Lofts are the best value four bedroom rental in the area. The bed rooms are 10' x 10' and all four have a bunk with a full size on the bottom and a twin bed on top. The house is small at only 800 square feet but has plenty of seating around the custom wood bar, full size couch, and bench seats. It's an open concept and has one full bath and another half. The outside deck has privacy fencing, a grill area and plenty of room for a cookout.
