Simply amazing!

Such a gorgeous place! So welcoming and was truly like a home away from home! They were easy to work with on any special requests and communication was amazing with quick responses! I would definitely recommend or book again if we ever have to come back to Athens!

Nice place, had everything we needed. The fair across the street was fun. We heard no noise from the fair when we were inside the house, in case you are wondering.

Parking was generous. Rooms were clean. Flooring was a safety issue (uneven). No lamps in bedrooms. Coffee maker did not work. Communication was non existent regarding code for checkin and how to operate coffee maker.

So sorry, i was at resident when the first couple arrived. They arrived before check- in with the little dog. So i didn't have to text on apps. The coffee maker works so sorry you didn't know how to work it. I texted back no response so sorry. The house old but good for short rental. Thank you for booking.

Everything was pretty great about the property. You could tell they were still doing some remodeling around the house. And there were no towels. But otherwise fantastic

Lipstick on a pig

I have stayed in private rentals in 9 states vrbo and others And this was the most disappointing rental ever. The first issue was the rocking toilet in the master bath I don't think it was bolted to the floor. Broken furniture that still had plastic covering on it, ill fitting cushions on the deck The whole place was slapped together, lots of decoration does not make it clean or nice. Was the place filthy no, but neither was it clean. Cabinets were tacky feeling, inside drawers dirty, Blinds and windows very dirty. I wiped down all the flat surfaces, because I needed to: bedside table tops, kitchen table under the place mats were tacky & dirty. Spilled stuff on the floors in bedrooms. And the icing on the cake A Roach. Need I say more?
