BACKYARD | Fire pit (bring your own firewood), Alexa controlled Italian lights that light the pathway. 6 reclining chairs perfect for a lovely evening around the fireplace, under the stars. A lot more space to run around.

ACCESSIBILITY
- Please note that there are stairs leading to both entrances to the cabin home. There are six stairs down leading to the main entrance.
Inside the home, there are stairs to go upstairs. Stairs can be seen in the images of the house.
- The backyard is on a slope, and there are no steps to get to the fire pit area.

SECURITY
- Three security cameras are located outside and are facing the entryways. We respect your privacy, and the cameras are used to ensure the safety of our property, ourselves, and our guests. There are no cameras inside our home.

ACCOMODATIONS:
- Please note we restrict accommodations to 8 people so that everyone has a dedicated space to rest comfortably. Also, the sewage system can’t handle more than 8 guests.

PARKING
- Two car parking directly available on the driveway during summer and fall.
- During the winter, we carve out two parking spots in front of the house.
-We ask that you only use the garage to access the game room and to wash and dry if needed. Please do not park inside the garage.

WIFI
- We are happy to offer our guests free WiFi. Please remember that we are in the middle of a forest; therefore, there will be times when internet service is impacted by things like the weather and trees. Unfortunately, this comes with the territory and is out of our control. We are unable to offer refunds for disrupted service.

WINTER
- Mountain weather is unpredictable. You might need to shovel your car out, if a snow storm occurs.
- Carry snow chains.
- No refunds for snowing condition. Purchase travel insurance accordingly.

PET POLICY
- There are no pets allowed on the property. Thank you for understanding!
- Subject to a $350 fee.

SMOKING POLICY
-Absolutely no smoking on the property - inside or on the deck.
- Subiect to a $500 cleaning fee.

EXPRESS CHECKOUT
- Check outs are at 11:00am.
- Please turn off the lights, utilities
- Lock all windows and doors.
- Place garage keys on kitchen hooks.
- Please load the dishwasher with any used dishes and turn on the cycle on your way out.
- Hang wet towels.
- Throw away trash inside outdoor, latched bins. Make sure the trash bins are latched so bears do not get in.
-This is a vacation, leave any detailed cleaning to us!

DECK SAFETY
The house & decks are NOT CHILDPROOF so please supervise children (especially small children) at all times! Safety first!

QUIET HOURS
Please respect our neighbors and the serenity of our neighborhood. ** Quiet time is enforced from 10pm-8AM and we have local neighbors. See house rules for more info.
