About this property
San Tan Valley Retreat
Quiet neighborhood in Johnson Ranch where you have access to 3 pools and tennis court. Our home has over 2500 sf of living area, formal dining room, game room, living room with remote controlled fireplace, breakfast area and large fully stocked kitchen. Each of the 3 bedrooms have a king size bed. The master has a large tub and shower with a separate bathroom. There are 2 additional bathrooms, one full with shower/tub and the other is a half bath. Very clean and comfortable.
The space
There is over 2500 sf of living space with a formal dining room, game room, living room with remote controlled fireplace, breakfast area, and a well stock large kitchen. 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, each of the 3 bedrooms have a king size bed. The master has a large flat screen TV, tub and shower with a separate bathroom. Outside private dining area with a wood burning fireplace.

There is space for 3 cars to park in front of the home.
