About this property

Suite on Sunset - a North End cottage

Lovely North End cottage. One of the very few Airbnbs to offer NO CLEANING FEE!! Minutes to Bogus Basin, Hyde Park, and downtown. Our favorite park, Elm Grove Park, is a ten-minute walk. Located on a quiet street with ample driveway parking. This is not a party house; please respect the great neighbors/long-term residents.
The space
Clean, updated, quiet one-story home and huge backyard all to yourselves, just minutes from everything you want and need: restaurants, downtown, river, and more.

All beds have memory foam mattresses and down duvets. One bedroom has a queen bed, one a full bed, and one with two twin beds. There is a non-locking pocket door between two of the bedrooms. Get cozy with a book in front of the electric fireplace. Enjoy the newly remodeled bathroom and the bright kitchen with all new appliances. Free WiFi, 55" 4K Samsung smart TV (use your sign in to enjoy subscription-based apps).

Guests will not have access to the garage, but the driveway will fit two cars. Samsung washer and dryer.
Other things to note:
While we offer minimal child proofing for the home, we can provide a pack & play with a mattress and bedding upon request.

Fantastic communication with owners. The family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Home away from home and it’s a very central location to everything.
