This home is right around the corner from AdventHealth Sebring Hospital, shopping, schools, 15 minutes from the raceway and close to downtown Sebring. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located perfect little condo. Unit is available on a 30 day basis minimum.

The spacious bedroom features a king size bed with a wall to wall closet and dresser for all storage needs. You'll love relaxing on your spacious screened back porch with its private fenced back yard and sliding glass windows with a view to the pool. Open them for mild weather or close them and enjoy watching the rain! The laundry room is located within the screened porch in the 5X8 storage room. Large private (only 8 Units) community pool is just a few steps away, and recently restored!
