The location was great and it was nice to have our own parking. Walking to local restaurants was nice. The space was great and we enjoyed relaxing there in the evenings. I would stay here again!

Why they chose this property
Before having a family and settling in Portland, my most valuable possession was my passport. Over the decades, I've lived in three continents and have consulted for governments and businesses before settling in Portland. Portland is a great little city to retire to motherhood and a second career because of the great appreciation for the farm to table movement, the sharing economy, and a supportive vibe around children and family diversity.
What makes this property unique
History of these grand houses around this neighborhood are interesting. This one has been a house to international student and Jesuit monks over the years. The storefront in the corner used to be a restaurant, a beer hall and a donut shop from the 1930s-1960s.
