Patricia was very kind and easy to communicate with. The cottage is located in a nice, safe neighborhood with easy access to Woodstock and a five minute drive to Reed College.
This was perfect for me and my husband for our 5 night stay. The neighborhood is very safe and there was always plenty of parking. The cottage was clean and had everything we needed.
15 minutes from the airport, 20 minutes from downtown, quiet, adorable neighborhood, great hostess. The stairway is a little awkward with the downstairs bedroom and the upstairs beds weren’t super comfortable, but were adequate. Comfortable space, would rent again
My husband and I were in Portland to share Christmas with our son and his family. The Cottage was very convenient to his house and to Woodstock (one of our favorite streets). The Cottage was a perfect comfortable gem. Nicely appointed - thoughtful design of a small space.
Property was as described. Great location for Reed College.I gave the winery a 1 star because there is no winery. Don't understand why the question is even asked.
I stayed here for 2 weeks. In the neighborhood that was close to my brother and his wife.. I had friends visit on the weekends and it worked out just wonderfully. You can walk to coffee or food. I highly recommend it..
Patricia was a wonderful hostess. Her cottage is charming, super clean, and very conveniently located. She gave us great tips on restaurants and nearby gardens and even dropped shower gel for us mid-stay. Very handy to have washer/dryer access for a longer stay. Highly recommend.
Stayed 4 nights. The neighborhood is great for walking around. Elementary School down the street, big playground, kids and parents everywhere. Well cared for homes and gardens. We went to Heist (food carts) twice, and Toast twice (breakfast place at 52nd and Steele).
Wanted to explore the Woodstock area more this time. I am happy I did. Clean cozy cottage within walking distance of a plethora of dining establishments. If you are celiac/gluten-free, you are within close driving distance of many dedicated establishments, some of the closest being the fantastic Portland Fish Market (window) and New Cascadia Bakery. Clean cottage, clean towels, kitchen, plenty of hot water. Early easy check-in. The owner came by to personally welcome me.
Patricia is responsive and takes care of her customer. The place is new, safe, peaceful and a good lication

Why they chose this property
I've been living in Portland since 1998. I purchased the property I live in and rent in 2000. In 2015, I decided to take advantage of the City of Portland's offer to reduce permit fees so that owners could build additional living structures on their property. The purpose was to "densify urban living space. Construction was completed in spring of 2016. I tore down my old 1930's garage to build a cottage adjacent to my corner lot home.
What makes this property unique
I love living in Southeast Portland. I'm close to everything and my neighborhood is full of people of all ages, including young families, working adults and retirees. I am within walking distance to Woodstock village, Reed College Canyon and a lovely new yoga studio I frequent.
