Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this place for more than 30 years. We enjoy the snorkeling, lobstering and fishing. the Condos are spacious and everyone we bring has a good time If you enjoy nature, the property has a lot to offer. In March the shrimps should still be running and all you need is a flash light and dip net to fill your bucket with good sized shrimp. If you enjoy boating, you have easy access to the ocean for snorkeling reef fishing, offshore fishing, lobstering ( The Season is open until March 31 ) I feel it is secure. There are only 18 units . The people are friendly and all of them are on vacation just like you.

The access to the ocean using Adam's cut makes it easy to get to the ocean and back. The snorkeling and diving is awesome. You are 2 miles from John Pennekamp State Park. If you enjoy the water, this is a place to see
