Gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Checkout Instructions Check out time is at 11 am. Wash wet/used towels. Wash dishes can leave dishes in the dishwasher. Clean kitchen area.
Take all trash out. You can place your trash bags in the large grey bin on the side of the house. Check for your valuables. Turn off all lights, TVs, ceiling fans etc. Please turn off everything.
Lock sliding door (little lever down). Lock front door.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking allowed inside the house. This applies to cigarettes, cigars, pipes, hookahs, e-cigars, vaporizers, etc.

The house was in a safe community, very well furnished. It was absolutely the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed. We were only there a short time but it was so comfortable. All beds were comfortable. What a neat and beautiful place! We all wish we had more nights than just one as it was so nice! Our kids loved the swimming pool and game room! It was a treat for our boys to have a tv in their room too. ;) The rooms were great and master bedroom big. It was a great set up for our family with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We fit very comfortably with 8 of us (including a baby in the pack n play). The hostess was so friendly and responsive. I highly recommend staying here! We hope to be back!

This villa was not like the pictures, it was a thousand times better! I am VERY selective on where I lay my head and Villa Serenity did not disappoint! Immediate upon entry, we were welcomed by fresh scents and cleanliness of the home. Every room and bathroom was tastefully decorated and fully stocked. The kitchen was immaculate, complete with coffee to enjoy! The location was perfect in proximity to food and shopping selections. The ladies and I had a wonderful and restful retreat. We will visit again!

Our stay at Villa Serenity was absolutely wonderful. The host was very welcoming, easy to communicate with, and made sure everything was ready for our arrival. The house was spotless and beautifully maintained — all the amenities were in perfect condition, from the kitchen to the pool area. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe, making it a perfect spot to relax and unwind. We only stayed one night, but it definitely exceeded expectations. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The house was absolutely beautiful. The amenities were amazing. The pool was the kids favorite area, it was nice and warm and the kids swam till almost 11pm till they found the game room with the air hockey table, pool table and games. The master bed was incredibly comfortable and the kids said their beds were great. Quiet neighborhood and only 4.5 miles from baseball fields. Would definitely recommend and stay at this residence again.

Overnight stay before a cruise

Super clean , safe neighborhood, spacious , about an hour and a half from cruise port . Great deal for a family . Had dinner and breakfast there. No extra fees tacked on - Great value !
