This was a fantastic, large and open home for our week-long stay. It was very pet-friendly, with a large unfenced yard and great views. The kitchen was well-stocked with cooking utensils, and the living areas were very comfortable. The welcome book had a lot of great information about the property. There were some minor cosmetic repairs needed to some kitchen appliances, but everything was in working order and comfortable. We had a great time with our family of adults, but this property would also be great for families with younger children as well.

The layout of the house was nice. There were a lot of items that have been neglected. We paid for the pool to be heated and it took most of the week for it to be swimmable, it was like the filter hadn't been turned on in weeks and then turned on the morning of our arrival. Kitchen faucet sprayed water out of a hole on the side of the spout and the right side bowl didn't drain. Toilets leaked, closet doors missing handles, none of the TV remotes had working batteries, things like that. These are items that don't make the house non livable just if I pay to stay somewhere I would like the upkeep to be at a certain standard.

Update! As of April 2nd 2026: Kitchen sink has been replaced, all four stove top coil burners have been replaced with new ones. A new outdoor fan with lights has been added and has lights for the outdoor patio next to the pool. A toilet that was leaking has now been replace with a new one. Many lights that were burnt out have new lights. Brighter garage room lights have been ordered and soon to be installed when guest timing is right. The garage workout room is scheduled to be retransformed by the fall of 2026! Refreshed landscaping is also planned in the next two months. More fun and games will be added by the end of September to Corvina Cove. The best is yet to come. Thank you for staying with us and we hope to have the pleasure of you and you party staying with us in the future.

Spacious, quiet, home away from home.

Overall good. The garage could use some organization/cleaning so it could be used more efficiently. Nice size bedrooms, plenty of linens. Safe area and close to several stores and restaurants.

Great location and really great owners!

This property was pretty good! We had some small issues in the beginningvthat the owner handled really quickly! The neighborhood is a pretty close drive to everything and the pool was super nice!

We are a family of 4 + 2 (doxies) from Montana. Kevin is a self-employed entrepreneur, web and application developer, Michelle is a homemaker, and our girls are beginning their own adventures with college and world travel. Peanut and Penelope are our doxies, both winning racers and all around fun pups.

Why they chose this property

We love Florida and have visited often to escape the long Montana Winters. Owning a vacation home is the best of both worlds for us since we can use it ourselves and also allow others to enjoy it. We also love Disney, and have been to Disney World and Disneyland many times over the years, so this gives us a chance to go more often.

What makes this property unique

We loved this home from the moment we saw it. It's a wonderfully large size, and the rear of the house feels very secluded. With an open view from the back, and non-pool homes on both sides, you feel like you have the whole neighborhood to yourself.

The home has a second living room and dining room, which we use as a game room and additional entertainment center.

The large master bedroom and bath provide a luxurious respite after a long day of playing.

The quiet of the home is unmistakeable, from taking a nice walk with the dogs to waking up in relative silence, the peace of the home and it's surroundings sets the stage for a wonderfully relaxing day!
