#HabitueHomes - The Downtown Deluxe

This one-bedroom, open-concept condo provides everything you'll need for a more extended business trip or longer stay in the beautiful City of Trees. Heaps better than a hotel room, this private, brightly lit space is minutes from the Boise State University campus, the Greenbelt (a 25-mile tree-lined pathway that follows the north and south sides of the Boise River), and everything downtown Boise has to offer - culture, restaurants, museums and more! Also, just a 40-minute drive from Bogus Basin for skiing, snowshoeing, etc.

The open-concept/high-ceiling floor plan provides a pleasant flow from room to room, combining the kitchen and living room in a single great room. A well-stocked kitchen offers plenty of plates, bowls, cups, glasses, flatware, pots and pans, a refrigerator/freezer, a microwave, a dishwasher, and an oven with a four-burner range. The kitchen island will give you extra counter space and comes equipped with bar-stool seating on the living room side.

High vaulted ceilings and an abundance of windows fill the living room, kitchen area, and loft space with plenty of soft, natural light.

Upstairs, you'll find a large bedroom loft with a very comfortable queen bed (sleeps 2), matching side tables and lamps, and a small workstation.

An Aerobed queen air mattress and sheets are in the closet under the stairs for additional sleeping (sleeps 2).

The upstairs bathroom offers a walk-in shower, a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of storage, and a deep soaker tub for long, therapeutic soaks after a long day.

Excellent Wi-Fi will keep you online when you need it, while the Roku TV will keep you entertained with free television programming and connect you to all of your favorite streaming subscriptions.

Other amenities include an in-unit washer and dryer, a half-bath for guests, free off-street parking, and an outdoor balcony off the bedroom loft to provide a relaxing morning with a hot cup of coffee or an evening beverage at sunset.

*Plan to grocery shop: except 1 roll of toilet paper per toilet at the top of each stay, we do not supply consumable products (TP, paper towels, soaps, spices, etc.). Consumables left behind by a previous guest may be used or discarded.
*Quiet Hours are between 9pm – 8am.
*There cannot be more than 6 people in or on the property at one time and no more than 4 occupants overnight.
*We do offer late check-out and early check-in, when possible, for a modest additional fee for our cleaners. An unplanned late check-out really affects our cleaner's schedules. If you do not arrange a late check-out in advance, there is a $55 fee. If you do not check-out by noon, you will be charged an additional night's stay.
*This is a non-smoking house. $500 smoke mitigation fee will apply if smoking of any variety is found.
*Please remove shoes when entering the home to protect the flooring and reduce dirt intrusion.
*1-2 well behaved dogs are allowed. There is a pet servicing fee of $45/pet. This is a one time charge that will be requested via the Airbnb resolution center after you have booked. Please remove any dog droppings and dog hair before checking out. If pet hair or waste causes additional cleaning expense the expense will be billed to you. If discovered any unauthorized pets will need to be immediately removed and a pet mitigation charge of $500 will apply.
*Events (like a baby shower, reception, birthday party, etc.) are not allowed. Unauthorized events will be subject to a minimum charge of $1500. Additional charges for damage may also apply.
*Friendly reminder to please use the provided black towel for face make-up. So many of our towels and pillowcases are stained by oil based make-up and our professional laundry service can't even bust these stains. We appreciate you helping us conserve our linens.
*If a failure to follow the house rules impacts the next guest's stay and causes us to need to discount or refund that next guest you agree to be responsible for the resulting cost.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay for the summer at this condo. It was as the pictures portrayed and the kitchen was furnished with all of what I have in my own kitchen. We loved having the ability to walk to downtown, enjoy great restaurants and bicycle the greenbelt. A car is not necessary, but having the available garage was quite convenient.The front patio was a perfect spot for morning coffee. For a couple of minor issues and to answer questions, the management company was available, kind and responsive. Our stay was comfortable and we would stay here again without hesitation. Perfect for two!
