Great spot, close to everything you need. You don’t need to drive or uber anywhere once you’re there. Cozy place with comfortable beds and nice touches. Would recommend if you want something close to all there is to do.

The generous roomy rental was perfectly situated in downtown and clean. And the convenience far outweighed the creaky floors and non-functioning drain plugs in both bathroom sinks.Parking was situated in an awkward location but works out well being on the ground floor with easy access. Our only gripe was that it was too convenient that when multiple city events happened during our weekend stay, we were blocked in without any alternative parking garage options. Street parking was doable for sure.

This location is amazing. Walkable to anything in the Boise downtown area. It is a great apartment with beautiful views. The elevator is a little testy at times, but otherwise a really great spot to enjoy the downtown area.

The accomodations were beyond our expectations. We appreciate that much of the original bldg/floors remain- revealing the character/history of this building. Shopping and eats are walking distance & worth the time.

Beautiful apartment in ideal downtown location

Lots of high windows, natural light and gorgeous views of the mountains, Capitol building and downtown. It's located on the best walk street in Boise with tons of restaurants and a short walk to Trader Joes. The apartment is modern, clean yet has the charm of the historical building it's in. 10 and would stay there again in a heartbeat.

Awesome location

Great location for staying in Boise and was very clean.only suggestion would be to add locks to the windows for child safety due to low window height and maybe some games and extra blankets in the cold season. Would definitely rent this place again the next time I'm in town

Super cute updated place right in the heart of downtown Boise! And I have to know what brand of pillows/bedding they have…the most comfortable I’ve slept on! But I’m not going to lie…they aren’t joking about the tight squeeze for parking. We felt like Austin Powers with a 20-point parking job every day!

Interesting historic building, very nicely restored apartment, clean, good use of space. Restaurants and shops right outside the door. Great location for walking to Capitol building, Greenbelt, etc.

I had an absolutely fantastic stay at this location in downtown Boise! From the moment I arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the city, within walking distance to amazing restaurants, coffee shops, and local attractions like the Boise River Greenbelt and the Idaho State Capitol.The space itself was beautifully decorated, immaculately clean, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The bed was incredibly cozy, Check-in and check-out were seamless, and I appreciated the clear communication throughout my stay.If you're looking for a stylish, comfortable, and conveniently located place to stay in Boise, this is it! 6th Floor, Downtown, Beautiful Views and Kitchen

There is a lot of construction in the area at the moment which made it a little challenging. That said, we were right near a wide variety of wonderful restaurants, Freak Alley and the Capitol. The apartment was immaculate and the kitchen had everything needed to make a nice meal. The beds were both beautiful and comfortable. A nice place to stay to explore downtown.

Good downtown location

This apartment was ideally located for our needs. The host let us know a few days in advance of our stay that the elevator was not working but she offered to discount the rate which was much appreciated.As noted the parking space reserved for the unit will only work for a small car. We drove from Colorado in our F150 so we had to play musical chairs with parking but it was fine. We actually found a business nearby that let us use their lot on the weekend at no charge. Also, the area is a lot of fun with good night life, but that comes with the associated noise problems at night. All in all, if you want a comfortable, well located apartment in downtown Boise and you don’t need a serene, quiet setting, this is the perfect place.

Lovely views & walk to everything in the heart of Boise

Wonderful experience staying in a beautiful, historic building across from the state capitol! Modern amenities and vintage charm abound. Spotlessly clean, beds were extraordinarily comfortable, and you are literally steps away from the best restaurants and capitol sightseeing. Hosts are kind, professional, and very accommodating. One thing to note for future guests: if you plan on using the parking garage, which was very kind of hosts to provide, please understand that the spot provided is very small and narrow and tricky to maneuver in and out of. Hosts were upfront about this but I feel the need to reiterate and recommend that if you have a rental car, you find alternative parking. We had originally planned to Lyft everywhere but decided to park our car in the parking garage instead. It worked out fine, but my friend had to help guide my car in and out so I would get any scratches on it. Just wanted to be transparent with that... there are plenty of parking options in downtown Boise, so please don't let this deter you from an amazing downtown VRBO experience!

Our stay was great. Host had great communication and checked in periodically on how the trip and place was working out. The free parking space is very very small and definitely only for a small compact size vehicle. Pre-arrival instructions did explain space was small but it was definitely smaller than expected. Would recommend this rental to anyone looking to be close to downtown Boise.
