Excellent value on this basic chalet style cabin located in a quiet neighborhood near the Diamond Peak ski area. The kitchen has been newly remodeled with granite counters, stainless appliances and new cabinets. The lower bedroom has an attached alcove area with a sturdy baby crib. Parking is conveniently right outside the front door, no stairs to climb. There is a nice deck with a wooded view off of the living room.
Sand Harbor, Kings Beach, and other State Parks are open and offer rentals for SUP & kayaks.
The Incline Village beaches are presently closed to the general public per Incline Village community board. You may read that Incline beaches are open to Recreation Pass Card holders and Punch Card holders - however, these cards are issued to residents and are not available for your stay.

Reviewer Comments:
This property served its purpose as we were in between homes and have 2 dogs,
Very nice chalet in a good location. Well appointed kitchen. Extremely clean. The perfect number bed in the master. TV system could use some simplification. Way too many remotes. Pet friendly and our boy really enjoyed it.

Perfect location for a peaceful escape!
This property is located up against the National Forrest, and provides a peaceful setting with a beautiful view. The back deck was mentioned in other reviews, and I can understand why! It is an amazing view of mountains and listening to the stream was wonderful. We came to mountain bike and hike, and the easy access local trails made our vacation perfect - as we rarely needed to drive to any trails. One small recommendation for the unit - since we were there in the summer months it can get a little warm - use blinds/shades in the downstairs bedroom that open from the top down (allowing you to open the windows for more ventilation and at the same time, keep shades closed on the bottom half of the windows - this would provide more privacy for those in that bedroom, from the parking area).
Vacation Station was extremely responsive, and we especially appreciate Maura - who handled the details of our stay. We will definitely return to this cute and very well appointed townhouse!

Very comfortable
This property was a nice get away. Beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, plenty of hot water, and beautiful views. TV and internet not ideal, but worked for us. Would stay there again.

Impressed, great rental, nicely updated
Great family friendly duplex. Could use a better description but I was surprised with how comfortable and well equipped the unit was. Not sure where the dumpster to take out the trash was located.
