Great condo and owner

Frank was quick to reply and was very patient while trying to navigate hurricane beryl situation. Property was beautiful and perfect for us and our 3 kids. Highly recommend!

Perfect family location

Walking distance from beach. Enough space in condo for a family of 8. And the pool is the best place. The only thing that we had a problem with was the tvs and the dishwasher not working properly. But we didn’t have time for that anyway, we had a blast! Definitely will use this condo again.

Disappointed with Our Stay – Wouldn’t Recommend I really wanted to enjoy our time at the Seascape unit, but unfortunately, our experience left a lot to be desired. Communication was a major issue—especially dealing with the owner, Frank, who came off as rude and arrogant when we had questions. On top of that, we were hit with hidden fees after we had already paid, which felt really dishonest. The rules and regulations were also poorly explained. It felt like we were expected to clean the unit ourselves even though there’s a cleaning fee included—what’s the point of the fee then? The amenities weren’t much better. The pool was way too small for how many people were staying in the complex, and to make it worse, the water looked cloudy and just didn’t seem well-maintained. Overall, it wasn’t worth the money or the hassle. I wouldn’t recommend staying here unless major changes are made.
