A recently renovated and luxuriously equipped pool house is awaiting you and your family or friends. This beautiful oasis offers a spacious backyard, a large resort-style pool, luxurious sun beds, BBQ, and a Tiki bar!

You will feel like in a luxury resort. Beautifully decorated space with brand new furniture, comfortable beds and soft bamboo sheets. The kitchen is equipped with the finest kitchenware and a full coffee/tea station.

Stunning, recently renovated home. It is under 1600 sq ft.

There are beautiful, brand-new resort-style bathrooms with rain showers.

High-speed WIFI and a working desk are available. In case you just want to relax, you will have access to your favorite streaming channels on the brand-new 65" smart TV. You can enjoy board games and some outdoor games and accessories to have fun by the pool.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
We can accommodate 8 guests comfortably. 2 additional guests may be accepted upon request – please inquire for further information.

ADDITIONAL THINGS TO NOTE
- Our home is in a family-oriented neighborhood. No more than 10 guests are allowed.

PETS:
-Pets under 30 pounds are welcome with prior approval only. Your pet should be included in your guest count when reserving this home.
-It is the pet owners' responsibility to be proactive when it comes to furry loved ones running leash-free in the yard.
- We ask our guests not to leave their puppy home alone.

POOL:
- The pool is regularly maintained and professionally cleaned but it is not covered so a few LEAVES, POLLEN or BUGS CAN FLY INTO THE POOL anytime. We have a pool net available to use. Feel free to contact the host if extra pool cleaning is needed during your stay.
- The pool can be heated. Extra $40/day will be charged for heating (Minimum 3 days). Please contact us in advance if you want your pool heated.
- Access to the pool is available only from the bedroom or from the pool gate outside (Code to the gate can be provided).
- Please note that the pool heater can typically raise the water temperature up to approximately 20°F above the current outdoor air temperature. Actual water temperature may vary depending on weather conditions, especially during colder months. The heater is equipped with built-in freeze protection and will automatically shut off when the outside air temperature drops below 50°F to prevent system damage.

Nice weekend get away!

My fiance and i planned a trip to visit mh best friend prior to our wedding. It was a wonderful stay. The host was lovely. They even extened our morning checkout slightly to allow us to get engagement photos. We would absolutely stay here again, only note we have is that in the listing it said family friendly and we 100% would not bring our toddler simply due to layout and decor for safetu of a reckless kiddo. But this would be an older child/adults. Perfect location for proximity to beaches and st. Petes. Loved our stay.
