Luxury waterfront living! Experience this lovely 3 bed 2 bath fully furnished waterfront home in the charming Broadwater neighborhood of St. Pete Beach! Recently renovated with updated kitchen, flooring and luxury finishes. Enjoy the screened-in lanai with solar heated pool overlooking the wide waterfront canal. Neighboring Maximo Marina and Tiki Docks bar and grill just a walk away. Downtown St. Pete and St. Pete beach only a 10 minute drive, and 25 minutes to TPA. Large green space back yard with private 16k lbs boat lift available to renter. Private large hot tub, 2 car conditioned garage currently set up with a pool table, but still room for renters storage. Excellent Choice

We thoroughly enjoy our stay at this property. The picture don’t do it justice, it’s a very nice home. And from a boating perspective, the location is very convenient to all sorts of activities.

St. Petersburg stay waterfront home

Great stay, beautiful home. Everything we needed was in place. Super location close to beach, downtown and de Soto park. Pool, hot tub, and pool table provided loads of at home fun. Communication from beginning of process to end was responsive and seamless. Shawn, property manager was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with any questions. Overall a great experience Watching the boats and bird life on canal was wonderful
