Boho Beach house

Welcome to our Boho style beach house located just 3 blocks from the beautiful Delaware Bay. Enjoy the free peaceful beach with frequent sandbars during the day and the absolute best sunsets at night. Our beach house is less than 1 block from Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Reserve where you can enjoy walking your furry friends, going for a morning jog, or an evening stroll around the lake with your kiddos.

Inside you’ll find a new, spacious layout equipped with everything you’ll need for you and your family. Our 3 bedrooms consist of a king-sized bed, a queen size bed, and 2 twin sized beds. Our dining room seats 6 and is connected to the coffee/wine bar. Step down into a cozy family room with TV and board games for family fun.

Outside you’ll find a fully fenced in yard safe for children and pets to play. Have a cocktail or grill out on our large, shaded patio equipped with seating and outdoor lighting. Our shed is stocked with beach chairs, an umbrella, and sand toys for the kids. Outside you’ll find an outdoor shower.

Spend your days at the beach or exploring all that Cape May has to offer. Centrally located just 5 minutes from the Cape May Ferry, 10 minutes from the Promenade Shops and restaurants, and 20 minutes from the Wildwood Boardwalk. Explore the many wineries, breweries, and distilleries all within a short driving distance. The Boho Beach House was the perfect stay for our long weekend visit to Cape May. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and cozy, including kitchen basics for us to cook meals with, comfortable beds, and clean, attractive decor. Matt & Michelle were super helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed walking around near the home (including ice cream & mini-golfing), as well as driving 10-15 minutes for lots of other great spots (farm stands, water front, winery, downtown, etc.). It was everything we wanted and more!

Beautiful summer vacay

We had a wonderful time. The home is beautifully decorated and it was a wonderful short walk to the beach. Quiet area aswell to enjoy some peace and relaxation.

Adorable beach home - highly recommend

Our family had a great experience at this adorable beach home. The hosts were incredibly helpful before and during our stay. It was spotless and quaintly decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. The beach and baby accessories made our visit a breeze. The nearby beach was quiet and restful perfect for young children and adults.

Week in Cape May

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Cape May. The beach on the bay is about 3 blocks away; less than a block from extensive nature trails: 8 minutes from the aviation museum and Cold Spring Village; 15 minutes to Cape May and Willow Creek Winery and Sunset Beach. The cottage itself was cutely decorated and clean. Can’t wait to return next year.

Great little home!

My family and I stayed this past week and had a wonderful experience! The hosts are very responsive and the home is immaculate and decorated beautifully. The walk to the bay and the West side is reasonable. The sunsets are amazing there. For the Atlantic side, it’s about a 10 min drive to downtown Cape May which is not bad. For Wildwood, it’s about an 15 min drive. Overall, we had a great and comfortable stay. There are several restaurants and markets within a 4 min drive. The neighborhood is also quiet and quaint. Worth a second stay for us!

Nice Place

This home was very nice for our first time to the area. Well stocked kitchen with little extras was great. Comfortable living area. Fenced back yard worked well for our dog, as well as neighborhood for walks. We drove to the Bay beach to watch the sunset as the walk was a little long for us. The nature trails is close off a connected road and the entrance is an unmarked overgrown small opening so we didn’t find it until our last day. We went to the Cape May County Park South, it was nice but left with a lot of ticks. We visited the Hawk Haven and Cape May Wineries. Cape May Winery was very nice and worth the visit.

Great, quiet little spot central to it all!

We had a great week at this home. It was myself, my wife, her sister and our two dogs, and the home was the perfect size for what we needed (we actually only needed 2 of the 3 bedrooms). The house was well appointed and on a nice quiet street with easy access to the 'bay' side of the ocean which on some days seemed like our own private beach. The lack of waves on this beach location allowed for some great relaxing floating time on our inner tube (we left it behind for you future guests) and some amazing sunsets. Additionally, the Cox Hall Creek Wildlife Management Area backs up to the street so you can just hop in super easy for a morning walk/bike ride through a very peaceful nature setting. The location was also perfect as it was just a short drive (or moderate bike ride) to the shops/restaurants of Cape May, although you don't really need to go that far as there were great options just a stone's throw away. Also was a short drive to Wildwood where we enjoyed a few days enjoying the rides/food/boardwalk. The owners were helpful in the lead up to our trip, answering all of our questions (even had Cape May beach badges for us to use which saved us some $$$). We look forward to returning in the future.

Cape May quickly became our meeting spot. Fast forward years later with 2 dogs, 3 kids, and countless trips to Cape may, we now welcome you to our home! We hope you enjoy and experience the many reasons why cape May has become our home away from home.

Why they chose this property

We have been coming to this side of Cape May for almost 20 years. Our children are creating so many memories here and we hope you can too. This is a great place for families, couples and groups of friends who want a true relaxing vacation.

What makes this property unique

This area of Cape May is a hidden gem. The bay is calm and peaceful. Here you avoid all the summer crowds! You can head to the bay any time of the day and not have to worry about "claiming" a spot! Most days there is a sandbar that is great for children to play on or if you just want to kick back in your beach chair and relax! Here you truly have your own piece of paradise.
