Located a short distance to Cape May's best beaches, The Cape May Lighthouse, Cape May Point State Park and Nature trails known for being a World Famous Birding Destination. Make this your "Home for ALL the Holidays" and enjoy all the year-round festivities and activities Cape May has to offer including but not limited to the famous West Cape May Christmas Parade, Winter Wonderland at Congress Hall, 4th of July Fireworks on the Beach, Birding, Biking, Hiking, Watersports and so much more! The first floor offers a spacious dining room, a large open concept kitchen and living room with plenty of indoor boardgames and entertainment. Down the hall you will find 1 bedroom with a Queen bed, a full bathroom with shower tub combo, and a laundry room featuring a designated Dog Grooming area. The Second-Floor incudes 2 additional bedrooms and a Full Bath with a shower/tub Combo. 1bedroom with a Queen bed, the second with 2 twin beds & 2 trundles.Outside you will find a large screened in porch with an entrance to the fenced in stone area for pet use. There is also a deck off the living room overlooking the large fenced in back yard with private inground pool with outdoor games for all to enjoy.If you are a family that loves to gather by the beach or pool, enjoys biking, restaurants and shopping, this is the HOME for you! Well behaved pets welcome for additional fee of $250 (25 lbs. or less & owner approved). Tenants must sign a pet policy addendum along with rental agreement. Any stay under 1 week will include an additional $250 cleaning fee.Additional Pool Use Rules & Regulations to be signed by each tenant. Beautiful home; great location

The home was beautiful with a fantastic pool and a great location, close to the wonderful walking paths in the nature preserve. There was a TV with cable and streaming services. The screened in porch was delightful. Our only quibble was that we had to pick up keys from a realtor during business hours. That worked out fine, but involved an extra stop and a little concern about traffic causing delays. Also, be forewarned that they do not provide sheets and towels. This is fairly standard for the shore, but not a typical VRBO experience. Additionally, we had to buy other household goods that are usually supplied in a short term rental (napkins, shampoo, tissues). I’m sorry to quibble about these minor inconveniences when the house was so beautiful and is exactly like it is presented in the photos, but it is good to know how much you need to prepare in advance of making the booking.

Regarding the in-person key check-in, this is done at the homeowner's request. She feels that personally turning in keys to our office provides an added layer of security and helps prevent unauthorized or underage renters, which can sometimes be an issue at the Shore. We also appreciate you highlighting the linen and towel situation. While it's standard for 98% of Shore rentals (even those listed on VRBO) not to include them, we understand it can cause confusion. We’ve since updated the listing description to clearly state that linens, towels, and all personal items are the tenant’s responsibility to bring. Thank you again for your helpful insights, and we hope to welcome you back for another stay in the future!
