Wonderful Stay!

We were working the FMCA rally at the fair grounds. This house was close as described, and clean! We use VRBO almost monthly for business travels and it was so refreshing to find a place that didn't smell, and that didn't have 10 perfume plug ins to cover old smells. The shower was large, water pressure was great, house was very clean. I would definitely stay there again.At check in (around 8pm for us) the smoke detector was beeping in a bedroom. Someone was there to fix it within 10 min of messaging the host. Great Stay!

Perfect

In town for a wrestling tournament and this was the perfect spot. Close to everything and incredibly accomodating host. My wife has trouble sleeping with any amount of light in the room and the neighbors flood light was keeping her awake. The owner came the next morning and installed black out curtains just for us. Great expirience.

We had an amazing stay! Mitch is a wonderful host and provided everything we needed. This house was immaculate...super clean. Beds were comfortable. Great location. We will definitely stay here again! :-)

Amazing Stay!!

This is our second stay at this place and it was just as great as the last. The property was very clean and it just felt like home. The check in and check out process was a breeze! I highly recommend staying at this place if you’re ever in the Perry area, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed.

Quiet and clean

Comfortable house, we all slept well. Very easy check-in and out processes. Quiet neighborhood, family friendly, and just minutes from my brothers house. We would happily stay here again! No need to look elsewhere!

Great place for family

We stayed here with my family and our 22 month old. It was in a good location relative to the fairgrounds where our niece was graduating. I would consider this place again if we come back to town.

Great place to stay.

Stayed here while attending a dog show. The house is about 10 minutes from the GA fairgrounds. It is very nice and has a perfect yard with a privacy fence for the dogs. Host responds quickly to messages. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great Rental - Quiet, Clean and Close to Perry

We really enjoyed our stay! It was a perfect size and layout for our family of 5 and our two small dogs. We were in town for a horse show at the National Fairgrounds in Perry. It was about 10 minutes away, which is our preferred distance. The neighborhood was quiet and was perfect for relaxing after a long day. We were only 1/2 mile from Publix, Starbucks and other dining options. Downtown Perry was maybe 5-6 minutes away and has a old town charm about it. Be sure to grab a very good and reasonably priced meal at The Swanson. The dogs really enjoyed the fenced in back yard to explore and stretch their legs in the sun! We usually travel to Perry once/year and will certainly look forward to a return trip to this property!

Super cute, comfortable and convenient

Stayed at this property with a friend and my dog when we attended a dog sport event at the Georgia Fairgrounds. Very comfortable, clean and convenient location. Mitch was very responsive to my questions. The backyard was a great bonus. I would 100% stay here again if we're lucky enough to be in the area again!

Awesome VRBO

Great place!! Very clean and house well stocked. Even had snacks, bottled water, and coffee pods there for us when we arrived. It was nice to be able to bring our pup and house has a fenced in backyard. Mitch’s communication was great and we highly recommend his place !!

Wonderful stay!

Came to Perry for an event at the nearby fairgrounds. This felt like a home away from home. The family room was so comfortable with the L-shaped couch, the beds and bathrooms were great, the kitchen well-stocked and the location was close to everything. Great home and great host!
