Have fun with the whole family at this stylish Historic Home that has just been completely Renovated. With 4 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a huge game room and fenced in backyard this home has a space for everyone. It is located is a quiet subdivision and right near everything Perry has to offer. It's just 2 minutes from downtown and less than 7 minutes from the Georgia National Fairgrounds. This really is the perfect spot!
