We truly enjoyed our stay! The place was immaculate, and the host was very responsive and helpful. She even allowed us to drop off our big suitcases before check in time so we could go get groceries. The beds were amazing! Having a washer and dryer was very useful. The place is very convenient to everything, especially the airport. If we ever come back to Fairbanks, we will stay here again. We even saw the Aurora Borealis this morning right outside the property. Thanks Kaylee.
Very clean and comfortable stay. Well equipped, easy living. Host quick to respond to every need. Very quiet residential location. A touch out of town, but that meant like 10 minutes (!) So great location as long as you have a car.
This property was as advertised and was a great place to stay prior to attending my daughter’s wedding. It fit my eight family members just fine. I loved the access to the Chena River, a short walk from house. I would definitely recommend host was very responsive.

The host is very nice and willing to work with your schedule
Convenient to the airport and close to the Riverboat Discovery. The house was clean and of adequate size for 8. The master bdrm bath is a bit small but serviceable. Lots of dining space with a picnic table arrangement in the dining room and 4 stools around an island. If I could change anything it would be to pave the parking area and walkway to the entry door. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations and would stay here again.
This house is just what we needed for our stay in Fairbanks. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed as if we were home. Great location and super communication with owner. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Five stars!
I always appreciate the little extra details when staying in bnb’s. This place is very warm and welcoming and makes you feel at home! It was the perfect stay for our weekend trip north.
Very smooth and seamless check-in. Great communication with host. Very comfortable, clean , quiet and felt like home. Would definitely recommend this place. We hope to stay here during our next visit..
Easy access to Riverboat Discovery. House is well kept...don't let neighbors property spoil the experience. Can walk to river. Window coverings addiquite for summer stay.
This house was nice for our family of 7 and had all the basic necessities provided. The kitchen was nice to cook in and the open layout made it easy to all hang out together. Comfortable beds and plenty of space.
Property is very nice and well kept. Kitchen was well-stocked. Loved the location - we were within 10-20 minutes of all the things we wanted to do. It was great being so close to the river. We could see the Riverboat go by as well as the bush planes overhead. Kaylee was great about giving us suggestions for thing to do in the area and answered quickly when we had questions. Thank you!
This property was perfect and close enough location to the airport and spot on with the rental description! It was clean, well stocked, and easy to find! Great location for short daily trips to Chena Hot Springs, Santa Claus House, downtown Fairbanks, Paws for Adventure, and Chena Lakes. What a perfect view to catch the Aurora Borealis by the front view of the house!! The house is exactly like we expected, clean, well-stocked, and comfortable. Quick response and great communication by the owner as well. We would advise everyone to stay there. Best vacation ever!
Stayed in Fairbanks for my son's wedding with the grandparents and our daughter. Great place close to airport (not noisy though), stores and necessities. The property had everything we needed in kitchen, baths and bedrooms for our stay. Noticed the fishing poles and didn't realize how close we were the the river. Went for a walk and saw the paddlewheel river tour boat go by. Ate at Pump house, get reservations. Kaylee was responsive. Would definitely come again!

Reviewing My Visit
This is a clean, comfortable duplex. I mistakenly thought it was actually "on" the river...it is not.
The unit has a Keurig and they provide plenty of coffee.
The master bath is tiny. The shower is tiny. There is almost no space in the bathroom for girl stuff...cosmetics, creams, etc.
The bed was comfortable. The unit is close to the airport.
We loved the cleanliness and newness. Very open layout for kitchen dining and living area- loved it! It could use a few area rugs, master bedroom door and bathroom door are warped and can’t close. That was a little uncomfortable. Duplex neighbor was VERY loud and noisy late at night. Seemed that back yard had a pool and not sure who that belonged to. If it was for our rental unit~ we didn’t know. Kitchen was average for being stocked, could have a cheese grader. Bathrooms stocked with extra shampoo and body wash was really nice. Super nice washer/dry in main bathroom- excellent! We definitely would stay again and recommend to others who travel to area.
This home was one of the best homes I have ever stayed in. It was up to date, very clean, roomy, and had everything you could imagine you need and more. My sister in law appreciated the Keurig Coffee already there and we all appreciated the washing detergent provided. We all wished this could’ve been where we stayed the whole time we were in Alaska, but we visited several different areas. We thought the pillows were very comfy but didn’t care for the mattresses. (Tempurpedic ? But we were all so tired and loved everything else that it didn’t matter.) Owner was very responsive and we greatly appreciated the lost he sent us prior to our arrival of places to eat and things to do. We took his advice and ate Pump house, Salmon Bake, and did the Gold dredge and Riverboat tour. We would definitely return in the future.
This was our 2nd time staying in this beautiful home. It is perfect for my family with its roominess and functionality. Clean with everything you need and then some in the kitchen. No stairs, all ground floor which was very important for my 89 year old grandmother. We loved the added touch of blankets in the living room and games. The only suggestion that would’ve made our stay flawless would be to have more hangers in each closet and more wash cloths. We had to wash everyday so we each had clean ones each day. But no complaints at all, that didn’t take away from our stay. Kaylee is wonderful and responsive to anything or any questions we had. The neighborhood is beautiful covered in snow and in the summer it’s a short walk to the river. You can also see the Pump Hose restaurant from the neighborhood across the river. (That’s one of our favorite restaurants that we will always go to each time we visit. The Cookie Jar is our other favorite restaurant.). This will always be our first pick when we return.
We had a full house! We had enough room to still move around and not be crowded. We had beautiful views of the aura borealis and we even seen a moose and her baby. All from the front yard! If you are considering Alaska, DO IT and stay here for sure!!!!! Close to everything we wanted to do with little drive times.
