Welcome to our centrally located 3BD, 3BA home and enjoy a VR experience with Meta Quest 3s, outdoor movie nights by the firepit, arcade games, poker, and plenty of board games for the whole family. Plus, the biggest and best dog park on the Emerald Coast is just across the street.

Perfect for medium term stays of 28 days or more!

We are close to everything! 5 miles to Hurlburt Field, 8m to Eglin AF Base, 4m to FWB HCA, 2m to downtown, 3m to beaches. The fantastic park across the street that has a running/walking track, a huge dog park (with a dog beach) and a boat ramp.

Walking distance to restaurants, including Soi Bistro (our favorite local restaurant), Lost Pizza, Chicken & the Egg, Ocean Buffet and Olive Garden. Our guidebook has lots of great local recommendations.

Desting water adventures is also just a short walk away.

Driveway will accommodate a boat or RV. Washer and Dryer.

The place was nice. It was able to acomadate everyone and we were able to celebrate Thanksgiving with our family in the area. The host made sure we had everything we needed before we got there and was in contact throught our stay. It was also pet friendly. We definitely recommend this location!

Overall - very good and priced right! Our dog, Rocky loved the park across the street. The owners are great and ready to help if needed - very responsive. Centrally located to everything in this area. Great local restaurants and very close to Publix for groceries. We Recommend this VRBO if you have kids and a well behaved pet.

Clean and fun place to stay

My sister and I stayed here for two nights and really enjoyed the place. Conveniently located near everything and tons of fun games in house if you don’t want to go out. Thank you Denis for sharing your home!

Great Beach Stay

We had a great stay for the family. The condo was spacious and clean with a private yard for the dogs. The location was great being close to the water, dog park, and great restaurants. We love to come back for another stay.

Great property!

This was a great property- very clean, & the owners thought of everything!! Kitchen well stocked,baby items (if needed). It rained most of the time, but the park across the street looked very nice. All in all,great stay,owners very receptive.

Everything we needed!

This home was perfect for our family with teenagers. It was immaculate with tons of space. When we were not on the beach, the game room kept my teens busy. When we were on the beach, everything we needed (beach towels, chairs, canopy, etc) was available for the perfect day. The house is a fee minute drive from the beach and restaurants. It was a great stay.

Great Beach Stay for Family

This was a really nice property and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The home had all the kitchen and bathroom basics that one would need. Our host was helpful and even included a handy informational packet containing a variety of information on the home and FWB in general. The assortment of beach equipment was fantastic and even included toys for our little one to enjoy. The proximity to the dog park just across the street was perfect for our pup. She loved hitting the beach and getting in the water. Thanks for having us, we had a great time!

Loved this property

This property was very accomadative and made sure all our needs were covered incase we forgot something like shampoo, toothbrush/paste, soap. They also had everyrhing in the kitchen like coffee, spices and utensils. Covered all our beach needs except swim wear and sun screen, and was beautifully decorated and family friendly. Will definitely stay again if we return to fort walton.

Quick Getaway

My husband, son and pup came down for a couple of nights. This was a good location that was close to the dog park and some restaurants. We spent a good portion of our time in Navarre so I can't speak on how the beaches were in this area. The beds were comfortable and the only thing I would recommend is some curtains. The lights from the Kia Dealership would come through the blinds a bit much. I always take a box fan with me on vacations because I dont do well with noise and this really came in handy at this location because it is right off a busy strip. Overall, this was comfortable for our stay :-)

Clean and comfy

Great experience! The host took good care of us with small touches like coffee, full spice rack, and even small bags of chips and bottles of water. The place is new on the inside and spotless. Our favorite part was the enclosed patio area with comfortable, clean, attractive furniture (and a handsome fire pit). Showers were awesome! Also- the home has solar panels, which was just nice to have. Very responsive and communicative host. Only downside was exterior is dated and location is between a Super 8 motel and a Kia dealer. The positive of the location is the nice park that’s right across the street. We recommend this for families, especially those with small dogs. Thanks!

A very nice and spotless place to stay!

We only stayed for the weekend as we were in the area for my sister's celebration of life, so we couldn't really enjoy the local attractions, nor did we spend too much time in the condo. But we found it very comfortable and clean and it more than met our needs. I would love to come back under better circumstances. One note, you cannot access any of the bedrooms without going up stairs. Not a problem for most people, but I have bad knees, haha. That may be listed in the description but I didn't spot it. But I just viewed it as physical therapy, lol. Again, a great place to stay and I would highly recommend it.

Family New Years Trip

Property was well maintained and spacious for our party of 7 plus dog. Location although just off busy street was quiet, even on New Year's eve. The large park/ with fenced dog park was perfect for walking our puppy. Family restaurants nearby offered good meal options. Since weather was cool, water activities were not an option, but we found a few indoor activities to try ie bowling and an escape room adventure. Best of all was the condo with it's spacious table seating for 8 for our hours of family games. The smaller extra game room area off the spacious kitchen allowed us to split up into different activities. Unfortunately, due to cool temps we did not get to take advantage of the fire pit in back yard. Denis, owner, was always quick to respond to any questions we had. Would highly recommend this property

What makes this property unique

Our house is really well stocked with all the "little things" you have at home and use often, but might not think about when grocery shopping for a vacation. Things like TP, paper towels, coffee, tea, herbs and spices, cooking oil and basic cleaning needs are all covered.
