This Navarre pool house is the perfect home base for your next vacation! Located in a quiet neighborhood at the end of a cal-de-sac, out back you will find privacy with no neighbors. With 5 cozy bedrooms including a king, queen, full, and twin beds, this superb property offers plenty of space for all guests. Enjoy the convenience of 2 bathrooms, as well as a living room with 2 queen and 2 twin beds for additional sleeping arrangements. Rest assured, our cozy house is equipped with everything you need for the perfect beach day including beach towels, a beach cart, cooler, umbrellas and chairs, beach toys and a portable corn hole set, along with pool floats and toys. We offer use of a grill powered by your choice of propane, pellets or charcoal that includes a smoker and hibachi attachment. There is also an outdoor bar and dining area along with an outdoor TV area with couch and chairs. Rinse off with the outdoor shower after a day at the beach. The kitchen includes coffee and condiments, a gas stove, filtered water and ice. Come stay with us and be our guest!

The pictures do not do the home justice...it is huge!! Our large family never felt cramped...even with 11 of in the kitchen cooking together...pool was awesome and outdoor entertaining was easy and private! Would recomend!!

Absolutely amazing property. Very clean and accommodating. Plenty of space for everyone.The pool is very nice and well maintained. The beds were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels and available cookware to accommodate our vacation. Perfect communication. I will be back next year!

Great stay for large group

We loved this house! Perfect for multiple families wanting to come together for Thanksgiving weekend. House was clean, we loved the layout. Communication was stellar and fast. Check in and clean up was easy and not complicated like a lot of hosts are making it these days. The house had everything we needed!

We loved this house it was everything we needed for our stay. The only thing we thought would need improvements were the beds. The backyard was great and loved the privacy. We got to see the bear glad we had the trash can locked. We loved the location it was so close to everything. The beach was a 10 minute drive we did walk, it’s only a few miles. The neighbors were very friendly as were went for walks each day. Very safe and loved the baby things supplied. Thank you for the beach supplies. We appreciate you opening up your home to us.

This house was okay but was difficult for 15 since there are only two bathrooms. The kitchen is ill equipped and there are very few pans in which to prepare meals. Pool area is nice, but the TV in the bar area did not work. We didn't use that area at all. The small bedroom in which I stayed had two beds, one of which we had to move in order to close the door. The closet in that room is used for the cleaners and is locked, so no closet is available. Seems the cleaners could store supplies in a cabinet in the garage. Same room had a lamp and clock on a table between beds and no outlet in which to plug them in. We had to go out and buy an extension cord in order to have light. One of the loveseats has a bar across it making it unusable for sleeping or sitting. We had to use an inflatable mattress because the kids couldn't even sleep on it. The alarm on the sliding door going to the pool was not working and the door is almost impossible to open and close. It needs work badly. There are not enough towels and washcloths for showers for just one day. We have had much better accommodations in previous years. We won't be booking this property again. It does not work for 15 people.
