About this property

Hidden Gem with Private Beach, Walk to Siesta Key Village

If you are looking for a hidden gem on Siesta Key, look no further than Sandy Cove Oasis. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom cozy getaway comfortably sleeps four to six and is nestled in a quiet Gulf front community, but just blocks from the bustling Siesta Key Village. From eclectic furnishings to your own private beach, this villa provides everything you need for a memorable beach vacation.

Upon entering this mid-century villa designed by Sarasota Architect Frank Folsom Smith, you'll find yourself surrounded by bright white walls, high ceilings and numerous windows that let in the natural sunlight. As you settle in, venture into the kitchen to put your groceries away.

Whether you love cooking or not, you will be happy to know that the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials. White cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and dark granite countertops offer ample space for putting together an elaborate meal. Stocked with cookware, dinnerware, a toaster oven, drip coffee maker, blender and more, there is even a pass through to the living room with a modern acrylic bistro table and two chairs to enjoy a light breakfast before heading to the beach. For more formal meals together, the separate dining room offers a wooden table that seats four comfortably and a wet bar to create some fun cocktails.

The warm Gulf waters are just steps away through a sprawling lawn dotted with tall palm trees. Two small wooden ramps take you down to the private white sandy beach in a tropical cove. Spend your afternoon swimming, snorkeling, and fishing off the pier. With endless views of the Gulf of Mexico, you will be guaranteed to experience some of the world’s best sunsets, and even catch a few dolphins or manatees cruising by.

When you need a break from the Florida sun, retreat to the light and airy living room. This space is furnished with a leather pull-out couch, two leather recliners, and a relaxing view of the spring fed lake. Kick back and watch your favorite shows on the large flat-screen TV equipped with cable and streaming service apps.

Looking for some quiet time, a small outdoor atrium is situated between the kitchen and second bedroom. The bistro table and chairs make for the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee. Need to check email before a day of leisure, there is a small nook with a desk and chair that looks out into the atrium.

At night, you'll be eager to retire to the nicely appointed master bedroom with a queen bed, large dresser, and decorative mirror. Adjoining the bedroom is a nicely updated bathroom with colorful tiled vanity, bathtub, and shower. The large walk-in closet is adjacent to the bathroom as is the entrance to the one car garage.

The second bedroom is set up as an office with a comfortable queen pull-out couch. A flat-screen TV is wall mounted, and guests can use the nearby bathroom which has a large glass walk-in shower, glass bowl sink and plenty of towels.

If you're a nature-lover, take your R&R out to the spacious patio. The villa overlooks a small lake that attracts an array of local birds. Enjoy relaxing in one of the outdoor chairs or wander the path throughout the wooded community. If you want to experience the livelier side of Siesta Key, just walk a few blocks to famous Siesta key Village

The condo is equipped with plenty of linens, towels, and all the conveniences of home to make your stay comfortable. There is cable, WIFI, a drip coffee maker, a washer/dryer, and one car garage. An additional car can park in the assigned space in the front of the villa.
