Summary:

Relax in this ground floor space. Situated on the bay, this retreat is a short walk from the beach, the recreation center, and all that Clearwater Beach has to offer. This unit has access to the newly completed pool located between 617 & 611 Bay Esplanade buildings. The spacious bedroom accommodates a queen-size bed. Pull out sofa in living room is queen-size. The living room features hurricane-rated sliding doors that open to the deck and Clearwater Bay. Dining area seats four. The kitchenette includes appliances and cutlery. Grill your fresh seafood outside. Jolley Trolley nearby.



The Space:

Although the security camera is installed at the front door overlooking the walkway, it is not operational, so there is no active surveillance coverage.

-Check in is 3:00pm and check out is 10:00am

-Rooms are sufficiently supplied with kitchen small appliances and utensils, plates and cups, drip coffee maker, dish towel, shower essentials, broom and mop.

-Assigned parking spaces are located in front of the building. White numbers painted on the asphalt match the unit numbers.

-Towels and bed linens are provided. The housekeeping policy is to replace these items only between guest departure and arrival. Laundry room is located at 617 Bay Esplanade and is free for guests to use. It is located on the far side of the building.

-Enjoy the newly completed pool located between 617 and 611 Bay Esplanade buildings.

-Beach chairs, cabanas, and sun umbrellas are available to rent at the beach. Occupy any that are not in use. Someone representing the rental service will stop by to collect the fee. Beach Supply Rental company delivers.

Yes host was great & amenities were good. Wish refrigerator was larger, could use a dish towel & dish rag. Also kitchen sink needs a stopper for washing dishes. Everything was neat & clean. Needs some lighting outside, very dark when walking from car to units in the back. Just some suggestions to make units safer & nicer.

We had a great time and really enjoyed the area.

We were impressed that there were so many things to do and see in a really small and quaint town. We basically walked everywhere we went. Beautiful and clean town. We will definitely be back.

Fantastic!!

We love Clearwater Beach! We had not stayed in this property prior, but love this area as it is a bit off the strip but still convenient and easy to walk places. We loved our time here! Had everything we needed- and we spent our mornings and evenings sitting on the deck watching the ocean. The kids loved it too- highly recommend! Property owner was incredibly responsive and even sent me a note when I didn’t get the door locked right! Thanks so much!!!

A little disappointed

The apartment was clean and newly renovated . The location was great with a beautiful view of the bay from the living area. Very cute. But it was advertised as having a king size bed and for a 6’2 guy that is important. It was queen size. They also stated in their description that it came with coffee and filters. It did not. Also, we felt that there was a lack of attention to details for a rental. There was no hair drier, no stopper for sink to wash dishes, no dish detergent, and no Kleenex. The above would merit a deduction of 1 star, however, the noise from the neighboring apartments is the reason for the second deduction. We could hear the people above us walking the floor and moving furniture and we could hear our downstairs neighbors talking.
