House was very clean and well pretty close to areas we wanted to go for sightseeing

We spent 5 days at the property. Plenty of space for our family, nice neighborhood and very quiet area. Only issue we found was the one bathroom for our family was upstairs and we are used to having two (we made do). Plenty of restaurants and shopping outlets around. Only 20 minutes to providence and 1 hour away from Newport.

Lovely house, quiet neighborhood, private dwelling. Didn’t realize single bathroom was upstairs which was a bit of a challenge for 5 adults-but hey it was vacation!

Great Home

This was a great house to stay at with my family and in laws during a small family reunion. The house had all the amenities we needed. The location is a great location, everything you need is about 15 min away. The host was gracious, attentative, and responded very quickly with any questions I had. Check in and check out was a breeze as well. Highly reccomend

Great place to stay when in Providence!

The location was great! It’s close to just about everywhere you want to go in the city. House was spacious and the person who manages the property for the owner was nice. Only thing that we didn’t get/see available to us was the second half bathroom which would have came in handy at times. That may be attached to apartment in back that had a tenant. Otherwise all good, would definitely stay again on next trip to area if it is available.

We loved this property, not only for the classy interior design, but also for the wealth of things we could do. We chose this to be a central midpoint for a trip that allowed us to do a Newport Mansion in one day, and Boston's Fine Arts Museum the next. The owners went above and beyond their duties, even mailing us a clothing item that was accidentally left there. We would not hesitate using them again.
