About this property

This property is located inside Windsor resort
You will have access to the water park, miniature golf, restaurant, bar, arcade room and much more. It is located within 10 minutes of Disney World and other theme parks. Four bedrooms with TV’s. Additionally one in loft and one in the living room. There is 24 seven security. A list of ALL your guests will need to be sent in 48 hours prior in order to make passes for them to get through security. This is to keep all the kids safe while in the resort. If you want the pool heated, you will also need to pre-pay that 72 hours prior and give notice. It does take 48 hours to warm up the pool. The community pool is warmed up. The arcade game room is free. There is a restaurant on site and a bar.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please gather used towels and pile them on the Laundry room floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
A guests list whether they’re staying on the property or not it does not matter. A gate pass is needed to get through security.
I will need your guest list 48 hours prior to arrival. If you have guest waiting at the gate and don’t have a pass, there will be a $25 fee.
