Welcome to Sunlit Treasure, where you can enjoy gorgeous sunsets from your private dock or sunroom.
The home is located in Ocean Resorts on North Hutchinson Island, Florida. As our guest you have access to all the amenities including Private Beach, boat ramp/dockage, an Olympic Size Heated/Chilled Pool, Bocce Ball, Shuffleboard, Horseshoe Pits, Pool Tables, BBQ grills, Tennis/Pickle Ball Courts.
The waterfront home has 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, two parking spaces, fully equipped kitchen and a washer/dryer. We are pleased to offer our guests the convenience of enough toilet paper, paper towels, kitchen and bathroom soap, laundry supplies, trash bags, and some coffee essentials to get your stay started without needing to visit the close by grocery stores first.
Biking is popular in the neighborhood and state parks are only a few miles away. Within the resort, you can walk to the beach (300 yards), tennis, pool, and other amenities even closer.
Kayaking right off the backyard 40' dock (tandem and single sit-on-top kayaks provided) is spectacular in the Indian River Lagoon Aquatic Preserve.
