Home with Intercoastal Waterway View!

The whole family will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. The river view home is 0.5 miles from public boat ramp for fishing & less than 0.25 miles from several parks. It is half way between Ormond Beach and Daytona Beach Causeway bridges to the beach, which are each 3 miles to the beach either way. The Ocean Center Convention Center is close by. You can also access the waterway, new Pictona Pickle Ball facility and golf courses just minutes away. You can have access to kayaks, as well as several bikes & a grill. If you are Freedom Boat Club members there is a club close by and several parks with docks to load from.

Nestled between Ormond and Daytona Beaches, each 3 miles away over the respective bridges,Holly Hill is close to literally everything. We have beautiful competition pickleball facility, close to speedway and airport and convention center, we have it all.
